Claims (7)
- 적어도 하나의 다음 일반식(1) 및/또는 (2) 및/또는 (3)의 염 형태의 양이온성 화합물을 커플링 반응 단계에서, 레이크화 단계에서 또는 가공하는 동안에 아조 안료에 첨가함을 특징으로하여, 전자사진 토너 또는 현상제 또는 표면피복용 분말 속의 아조 안료의 마찰전기 효과에 특별하게 영향을 끼치는 방법.상기식에서, R'1, R'2,R3및 R4는 서로 독립적으로 탄소수 1내지 30의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬기룹, 일반식 -(CH1-CH2-O)n-R의 옥시에틸 그룹[여기서, R은 수소원자 또는 (C1-C4) 알킬 그룹 또는 아실그룹이고, n은 1내지 10의 수이다], 탄소수 5내지 12의 모노사이클릭 또는 폴리사이클릭 지환족 라디칼, 모노 사이클릭 또는 폴리사이클릭 방향족 라디칼 또는 아르 지방족 라디칼이고 [여기서, 지방족, 아르 지방족 및 방향족 라디칼은 하이드록실, (C1-C4) 알콕시, 1급, 2급 또는 3급 아미노그룹, 산아미노그룹, 불소, 염소 또는 브롬원자에 의해 치환될 수 있다], R5는 수소, 불소, 염소 또는 브롬원자 또는 (C1-C6)알킬, (C1-C6)알콕시 또는 1급 아미노그룹이며, A-는 1가 음이온이고, R1및 R3은 1 또는 2개의 헤테로원자에 의해 차단될 수 있고, 1내지 3개의 이중결합을 함유할 수 있는 5내지 7탄소환 시스템 부분이며, R6,R7,R8및 R9는 서로 독립적으로 수소원자, 탄소수 1내지 30의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬 그룹, 탄소수 5내지 12의 모노 사이클릭 또는 폴리사이클릭 지환족 라디칼, 일반식 -(CH2-CH2-O)n-R의 옥시에틸그룹[여기서, n은 1내지 10의 수이고, R은 수소원자 또는 (C1-C4)알킬그룹 또는 아실그룹이다], 모노사이클릭 또는 폴리사이클릭 방향족 라디칼 및/또는 아르지방족 라디칼이고[여기서, 지방족, 방향족 및 아르지방족 라디칼은 하이드록실, (C1-C4)알콕시, 2급 또는 3급 아미노그룹, 산 아미드그룹 또는 산 아미드 그룹에 의해 치환되고, R1내지 R4의 알킬, 사이클로알킬, 아르알킬 및 아릴 라디칼은 불소, 염소 또는 브롬원자에 의해 임의로 치환될 수 있다]이며, X는 인, 비소 또는 안티몬원자이며, X가 비소 또는 안티몬원자인 경우, R6내지 R4라디칼 중의 적어도 하나는 수소원자가 아니다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1내지 R4는 서로 독립적으로 수소원자, 탄소수 1내지 22의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬그룹, 일반식 -(CH2-CH2-O)n-R의 옥시에틸그룹[여기서, R은 수소원자 또는 (C1-C4)알킬그룹, 아세틸, 벤조일 또는 나프토일그룹이고, n은 1내지 4의 수이다], 사이클로펜틸 또는 사이클로헥실그룹, 페닐, 1-나프틸, 2-나프틸, 톨릴, 비페닐 또는 벤질 라디칼이고[여기서, 지방족, 아르지방족 및 방향족 라디칼은 하이드록실, (C1-C4)알콕시, N-모노알킬-(C1-C4)아미노, N,N-디알킬-(C1-C4)아미노그룹, 프탈이미드 또는 나프탈 이미드그룹, 불소, 염소 또는 브롬원자에 의해 치환될 수 있다], R5는 수소, 불소, 염소 또는 브롬원자 또는 (C1-C6)알킬, (C1-C6)알콕시 또는 1급 아미노그룹이며, A-는 1가 무기 음이온이고, R1및 R3은 환 시스템 부분으로서 피리딘, 피페리딘염 또는 이들의 유도체일 수 있으며, R6내지 R9는 서로 독립적으로 수소원자, 탄소수 1내지 22의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬 그룹, 일반식 -(CH2-CH2-O)n-R의 옥시에틸그룹[여기서, n은 1내지 4의 수이고, R은 수소원자 또는 (C1-C4)알킬그룹, 아세틸, 벤조일 또는 나프토일그룹이다], 페닐, 1-나프틸, 2-나프틸, 톨릴, 비페닐 또는 벤질 라디칼이고[여기서, 지방족, 방향족 및 아르지방족 라디칼은 하이드록실, (C1-C4)알콕시, 모노알킬(C1-C6)아미노, 디알킬(C1-C6)아미노그룹, 일반식 -CO-NH-R1또는의 지방족 산 아미드그룹[여기서, R1및 R2는 (C1-C30)알킬그룹이다], 프탈이미드 또는 나프탈 이미드그룹에 의해 치환될 수 있고, R1내지 R4의 알킬, 사이클로알킬, 아르알킬 및 아릴 라디칼은 불소, 염소 또는 브롬원자에 의해 치환될 수 있으며, X는 인,비소 또는 안티몬원자이며, X가 비소 또는 안티몬원자인 경우, R6내지 R9라디칼중의 적어도 하나는 수소원자가 아니고, A-는 1가의 무기음이온인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 염 형태의 양이온성 화합물이, 이들이 제공되는 안료를 기준으로 약 0.05 내지 약 15중량%의 양으로 첨가되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 염 형태의 양이온성 화합물이, 이들이 제공되는 안료를 기준으로 약 1 내지 약 8중량%의 양으로 첨가되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염 형태의 양이온성 화합물의 20℃물 또는 매질속에서의 용해도가 10g/l보다 큰 방법.
- 원본의 전자사진 복사 또는 전자적으로, 광학적으로 또는 자기적으로 저장된 정보의 인쇄 또는 칼라프루핑에서 사용하는 토너 또는 현상제를 제조하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에서 특허청구와 같이 염 형태의 양이온성 화합물과 함께 제공된 아조 안료의 용도.
- 금속,목재,플라스틱,유리,세라믹,콘트리트,섬유재료,종이 또는 고무로 제조한 제품을 표면피복하는데 사용하는 분말 또는 분체 도료를 제조하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 한 항에서 특허청구한 바와 같이 염 형태의 양이온성 화합물과 함께 제공된 아조안료의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
