Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 실온에서 고체이며 분자당 평균 1개 이상의 에폭시기를 함유하는 에폭시 수지, 및 개선 촉매로서 1개 이상의 4차 피롤리디늄염을 포함하는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 3500 이하의 분자량을 갖는 디글리시딜 화합물을 포함하는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하기 일반식(I)의 피롤리디늄염을 포함하는 에폭시 수지 조성물:상기식에서, R1은 C1-C8알킬이고 또 C1-C8알킬, C2-C8히드록시알킬, C4-C8알콕시히드록시알킬, C2-C8알켄일, C3-C8알콕시카르보닐알킬, C3-C8알킬카르보닐알킬, C7-C9페닐알킬, C7-C9페닐히드록시알킬 또는 페닐카르보닐메틸이며 또 X는 할로겐 또는 아세테이트임.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하기 일반식(Ib)의 피롤리디늄염을 포함하는 에폭시 수지 조성물.상기식에서, R1은 C1-C8알킬이고 또 C1-C8알킬, C2-C8히드록시알킬 또는 벤질이며 또 X는 할로겐 또는 아세테이트임.
- 제3항에 있어서, R1이 메틸 또는 에틸이고 또 R2가 에틸인 일반식(I)의 피롤리디늄염을 포함하는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, X가 요오드인 일반식(I)의 피롤리디늄염을 포함하는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2개의 페놀성 히드록시기를 함유하는 화합물을 추가로 포함하는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 4차 피롤리디늄염의 에폭시 수지에 대한 개선 촉매로서의 용도.
- 제8항에 있어서, 제3항에 따른 일반식(I)의 피롤리디늄염의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
