본 고안은 아아크 용접시 사용되는 용접 마스크에 관한 것으로서, 특히 마스크에 보안경 결합체의 개폐 장치를 설치하여 마스크를 착용한 상태에서 용접봉과 용접모재의 위치 파악 및 슬레그제거 작업등을 행할 수 있도록 하여 작업자에게 작업의 편리함과 작업능률의 향상을 도모하고자 안출된 것이다.The present invention relates to a welding mask used in arc welding, in particular, by installing the opening and closing device of the eye shield combination in the mask to be able to perform the operation of identifying the position of the electrode and the welding base material and removing the slag while wearing the mask to the operator It is designed to improve work convenience and work efficiency.
일반적으로 용접마스크에는 용접시 발생하는 유해가스 및 강렬한 광선(적외선)으로부터 작업자의 눈을 보호하기 위하여 용접 마스크 본체 전방에 보안경이 설치된 용접마스크를 머리에 착용한 상태에서 용접을 행하였는데, 용접마스크를 착용한 상태에서는 보안경에 의해 외부가 보이지 않게 되므로 모재 및 용접봉의 위치 즉, 용접위치를 파악할 수 없게 되므로해서, 용접 개시전에 용접 마스크를 쓰지 않은 상태에서 용접위치를 파악한후 마스크를 쓰고 대충 짐작으로 숙지된 용접부위를 용접을 실시하게 되는데, 정확한 용접을 요할때에는 고도의 숙련이 필요로 하게 되며 숙면자라 할지라도 정밀한 작업은 불가능하였으며, 숙련되지 못한 작업자일 경우에는, 용접 부위 부근에 수회 아아크를 발생시켜 밝게 보이게 되면 그때 용접위치를 숙지하여 용접을 행하게 되는데 용접면이 깨끗하지 못하게 되는 불합리함이 있었고, 계속되는 작업으로 인하여 마스크를 일일이 착탈해야 하는 번거로움으로 인하여 용접개시때 육안으로 직접 용접위치를 보면서 그 용접위치에 아아크를 발생시킨 후 마스크를 착용하고 용접 작업을 진행하게 되었다.In general, the welding mask is welded with a welding mask equipped with a safety glasses in front of the main body of the welding mask to protect the operator's eyes from harmful gases and intense rays (infrared rays) generated during welding.
