Description
Claims (18)
- (a) 거름대로부터 오염물을 제거하기 위하여 거름대를 역세척하고, 역세척펌프가 유출차넬로부터 유체를 끌어들이며; (b) 거름대로부터 그 이상의 오염물을 제거하기 위하여 역세척후에 거름대를 깨끗이하고, 거름대를 정화하는 단계는, 역세척펌프에 의하여 펌프되어진 액체의 첫번째 정화부분이 역세척펌프유출관을 지나서 복귀용 역세척슈우를 통과하고, 이어서 역세척펌프유입관을 지나 역세척펌프에 이르는 재순환 단계를 포함하는; 상기 (a), (b)의 단계를 포함하는 유입관과 유출관을 가지는 역세척펌프를 포함하는 거름대정화방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 역세척단계가 펌프되어지는 액체의 첫번째부분이 역세척펌프유출관을 지나서, 역세척펌프유출관과 연결되는 역세척슈우유입관을 통하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거름대정화방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 역세척단계가 역세척슈우유입관을 통하여 흐르는 액체의 첫번째부분의 압력을 조절하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거름대정화방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 액체의 첫번째부분을 조절하는 단계는 펌프되어지는 액체의 두번째부분이 역세척펌프유출관을 지나서 보조흐름조절밸브멤버를 통과하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거름대정화방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 액체의 첫번째정화부분을 재순환시키는 단계가 역세척펌프를 역세척슈우에 유체연결시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거름대정화방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 유체연결단계는, 역세척펌프와 역세척슈우사이에 유체교환을 제공하기 위하여 첫번째분류가감기밸브가 역세척펌프유입관과 역세척슈우유출관사이에 삽입되는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거름대정화방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 첫번째분류가감기밸브가 투-웨이 분류가감기밸브인것을 특징으로 하는 거름대정화방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 첫번째분류가감기밸브가 역세척펌프유입관, 역세척슈우유출관 및, 유출차넬과 유체교환이 있는것을 특징으로 하는 거름대정화방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 첫번째분류가감기밸브가, (1) 거름대역세척동안에 유출차넬과 역세척펌프사이에 유체연결을 이루게하고, (2) 거름대정화동안에, 역세척슈우와 역세척펌프사이에 유체연결을 이루게하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거름대정화방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 거름대를 정화하는 단계가 역세척펌프에 의하여 펌프된 액체의 둘째정화부분이 역세척펌프유출관으로 배출되고, 그 정화부분이 필터멤버 또는 폐수로 흘러가는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거름대정화방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 액체의 둘째정화부분의 배출단계가 액체의 둘째정화부분을 정화조절밸브멤버로 전환시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거름대정화방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 전환단계가 정화조절밸브멤버를 역세척펌프에 유체연결시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거름대정화방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 유체연결단계가 둘째분류가감기밸브를 정화조절밸브멤버와 역세척펌프유출관사이에 삽입하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거름대정화방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 둘째분류가감기밸브가 투-웨이 분류가감기밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 거름대정화방법.
- 다수의 셀로 분리된 거르개탱크, 셀내에 설치된 지지판상에 놓여진 거르개매체의 대, 처리될 유체를 거르개매체대의 상부로 전달하는 유출수단 및, 거름대내에 포함된 오염물을 제거하기 위하여 역세척유체를 거름대를 통하여 위방향으로 구동시키는 역세척수단을 가지는 거름대정화장치에 있어서, (a) 역세척펌프로부터의 정화액체의 첫번째부분을 역세척슈우 및 역세척펌프의 유입관으로 재순환시키는 수단; 그리고 (b) 역세척펌프의 유출관으로부터 외부거르개 또는 폐수정화기까지의 정화액체의 둘째부분을 깨끗이 하는 수단으로 구성되는 특징을 가지는 매체거르개정화장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 재순환수단이 (a) 역세척슈우와 유체교환하는 역세척슈우유출관멤버; 및 (b) 역세척슈우유출관을 역세척펌프유입관에 유체연결시키기 위한 첫번째분류가감기밸브멤버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체거르개정화장치.
- 제16항에 있어서, 첫번째분류가감기밸브멤버가 투-웨이 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 매체거르개정화장치.
- 제16항에 있어서, 첫번째분류가감기밸브멤버가 (a) 거르개매체를 역세척하는 동안에 역세척펌프를 유출차넬에 유체연결시키고, (b) 정화조작동안에 역세척슈우를 역세척펌프에 유체연결시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체거르개정화장치.
