제1도는 본 발명의 한 실시예를 나타낸 것으로서 목부위가 튜우브형태로 성형된 예비성형물의 정면도.
제2도는 제1도에서 보인 예비성형물의 목부위를 1차 가열하는 상태를 나타낸 정면도.
제3도는 제2도에서 목부위가 1차 가열된 예비성형물을 2차로 가열하면서 목성형모울드 내에서 취입성형하는 상태를 나타낸 종단면도.

Claims (1)

  1. 합성수지용기의 예비성형시 목부위를 튜우브형태로 사출성형하는 것에 있어서 목부위만을 가열하여 결정화시킨 다음 목부위를 가열된 상태하에서 목성형모울드내에 넣어 취입 성형하여 나사산, 골등을 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 액체포장용 합성수지용기의 목부위 결정화방법.
