Claims (10)
- 다각형의 기본형상을 가지고 또 인서트(10,10',10")의 크리어란스면(clearance face)과 상부 레이크면(rake face)사이의 전이부에서 발생된 절삭변부(70-20,17',17")를 가지며, 전술한 상부 레이크면이 절삭변부에서 직접 연결되거나 이로부터 이격된 칩포오머(chip former)를 포함하며 전술한 칩포오머가 다수의 융기부(23,23',23")를 포함하는 몸체로 구성된 칩형성가공(chip forming machining)용 절삭인서트에 있어서, 인접융기부들(23,23',23")사이의 거리(a)가 절삭변부(17-20,17',17")의 중간부를 향하는 방향으로 감소함을 특징으로 하는 절삭인서트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 융기부(23,23',23")의 적어도 일부분이 인서트를 바닥 지지체에 위치시킬 때 인서트(10,10',10")를 위한 지지표면이 되도록 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 절삭인서트.
- 제1항 혹은 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 인접절삭변부(17-20,17',17")의 길이방향으로 각 융기부(23,23',23")의 양측부에 구비된 표면부분들(26,26',26")이 있고, 전술한 각 표면부분의 최저점이 인서트의 두께(t)의 방향에서 인접절삭변부와 융기부보다 더 낮은 위치에 배열됨을 특징으로 하는 절삭인서트.
- 제3항에 있어서, 전술한 표면부분(26,26')의 최저점이 인접절삭변부(17-20,17',17")로부터 거의 일정한 거리(a)에 있는 선(L)을 따라 배향됨을 특징으로 하는 절삭인서트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 융기부(23,23')가, 변부를 따라 직선으로 배향되면서 인접절삭변부로부터 내측으로 거의 일정한 거리에 구비된 오목함입부에 의해 서로 분리되고, 전술한 각 함입부는 원호곡선을 그리는 경계선(27)에 의해 한정됨을 특징으로 하는 절삭인서트.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 각 융기부(23,23')가 인서트(10,10')를 위해 결합된지지 및 칩표면으로 작용하는 편평표면으로 구비되며, 전술한 편평표면이 두 인접함입부(26,26'), 절삭변부(17-20,17')에 인접한 베벨형면(25,25')과 아래로 또 내부로 경사진 표면(22,22')다음에 위치됨을 특징으로 하는 절삭인서트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 각 함입부(26,26')가, 베벨형면(25,25')다음에 위치되고, 절삭변부(17-20,17')의 중간에 있는 한 오목부(26A)는 전술한 중간부분에서 일정거리에 배열된 함입부(26B,26C, 26D,26E)보다 작음을 특징으로 하는 절삭인서트.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 각 융기부(23')가 두 인접함입부(26')사이의 교차선을 따라 배열되고, 여기서 전술한 융기부가 주로 인접절삭변부(17')에 수직하게 배향되며, 전술한 융기부가 결합된지지 및 칩면(combined support and chip face)으로 작용하게된 거의 3각형 단부부분(31)을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 절삭인서트.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 각 융기부(23")가 그의 인접절삭변부(17")로부터의 방향으로 하향으로 또 내향으로 경사진 표면(22")을 연결하며, 상기 융기부가 인접절삭변부의 길이방향에서, 하향으로 또 내향으로 경사진 평면 혹은 오목부분에 의해 둘러싸여짐을 특징으로 하는 절삭인서트.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 인서트(10,10',10")가 다수의 코너부분(21)을 포함하고, 이의 각각이 상기 코너의 이등분선(B)에 관해 대칭인 오목부(28)를 가지며, 인접한 절삭변부(17-10,17',17")를 마주보는 전술한 오목부의 경계선이 절삭변부로부터 절삭변부와 융기부(23,23',23")사이의 거리보다 짧은 거리에 배열되며, 전술한 인서트가 세라믹재료로 만들어짐을 특징으로 하는 절삭인서트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
