Claims (3)
- 다음 단계로 구성된 미세 섬유의 제조방법 : (1) 유출 오리피스로부터 점성물질을 유출시킴; (2) 유출된 점성물질의 제 1 미세 유체 횡단면적을 갑자기 감소시키고 감소된 횡단면적을 갖는 점성물질의 제 2 미세유체를 형성하기 위해 유출 오리피스 주위에 원주형으로 놓여 있는 3개 이상의 가스 분사 노즐 각각으로부터 직선상의 제 1 고속 가스 유체를 송풍하고, 상기 제 1 고속 가스 유체가 다음 2벡터 성분을 가지며 : (A)제1이세 유체의 축을 횡단하는 점성물질의 제 1 미세 유체 단면의 외주를 따라 존재하는 접선 방향 성분과(B) 점성 물질의 흐름 방향으로 제 1 미세 유체의 축을 먼저 점차적으로 접근한 다음 상기 축으로부터 점차 멀어져 가는 성분 ; 3) 점성물질의 흐름 방향에서 볼때 제 1 고속 가스 유체가 점성물질의 제 1 미세 유체의축에 가창 접근하는 위치의 하향류 위치에서 점성물질의 제 1 미세 유체의 축을 횡단함으로써 제 2 미세 유체를 더 가늘게 하기 위하여 감소된 횡단 면적의 제 2 미세 유체를 향해 제 2 고속 가스 유체를 송풍함.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계 (3)전에 적어도 3개의 가스 분사 노즐의 외측에 제공된 다수의 보조 가스 분사노즐로부터 유출 오리피스의 축에 거의 평행이거나 제 1 집합점 아래에서 제 1 미세 유체의 축에 가장 가까운 제 2 집합점을 갖는 다수의 보조 고속 가스 유체를 분사함으로써 제 2 미세 유체가 제 2 고속 가스 유체와 접촉하기 전에 다수의 보조 고속 가스 유체로 하여금 제 1 고속 가스 유체에 의해 형성된 제 2 미세 유체와 만나게 하는 단계를 포함하는 미세 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 2 고속 가스 유체가 산소 분자 가스 0.22부피% 이상을 함유하는 산소 분자가 풍부한 가스로 연료를 연소함으로써 얻어진 고온 가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 섬유의 제조방법.
