Claims (2)
- 전극 제조 방법에 있어서, (가) 화학원소 Al, Sn, Sb, Ge, Bi, Ga, In, Ti, Zr, Ta, Hf, V, Mo, W, Ru, Pd 및 Ir에서 선택된 한개의 전극 성분 금속을 포함하는 용액과, 상기 전극성분 금속의 금속 이온과 착형성하는 배위자로서의 유기 화합물을 형성하는 단계와, (나) 상기(가)단계에서 형성된 용액을 전극 기체상에 피복시키는 단계와 (다) 상기 유기 화합물과 결합된 전극성분 금속의 휘산을 억제시키면서, 피복된 상기 전극 기체를 산화성 분위기에서 250 내지 800℃로 가열 처리하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유기 화합물은 아스코르빈산 파이로개롤, 피리딘 펜타 카르복실산, 8-하이드록 시퀴논-5-설폰산 및 알루미논으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 최소 1개의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 제조방법.
