Claims (4)
- 병설된 유리관의 측면끼리를 연통공을 통하여 외부와 기밀하게 연통접합시키는 유리관의 성형방법에 있어서, 병설된 유리관의 측부끼리를 당접형태로 대향시키고, 다음에 유리관의 연통공 개공예정 부위에 유리관 내측에서 버어너 화염으로 용융시키면서 풍압으로 개공하고 연통공을 형성함과 동시에 이 연통공의 외측주연에 살을 압출하고, 이 살에 의하여 상호의 연통공주연을 접합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리관의 성형방법.
- 청구범위 제 1 항에 있어서, 병설된 유리관의 각각의 일측 단부는 폐색되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리관의 성형방법.
- 청구범위 제 1 항에 있어서, 병설된 유기관은 U자형으로 성형되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 유리관의 성형방법.
- 병설된 유리관의 측부끼리를 연통공을 통하여 외부와 기밀하게 연통접합시키는 유리관의 성형방법에 있어서, 병설된 양단이 개방된 유리관의 단부근처의 연통공 개공예정 장소에 유리관 내측에서 버어너 화염으로 개공예정 부위를 용융하면서 버어너의 풍압에 의하여 개공하여 연통공을 형성함과 동시에 이 연통공의 외측주연에 살을 압출하고, 이 압출상에 의하여 상호의 연통공 주연을 접합시켜 이어서 연통공측의 유리관 개방단을 가열하고 수축시켜서 용착하고, 이 용착부를 소정의 형상의 형틀에 넣어 내부압력을 높이어 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리관의 성형방법.
