Claims (4)
- 연속적으로 연장된 다수의 필라멘트를 제공하는 단계와 ; 서로일정한 간격으로 가까운 위치에 평행하게 이격 배치됨으로서 필라멘트의 밴드를 형성하는 단계와 ; 필라멘트에 의해 접착제가 흡수되도록 상기 접착제로 필라멘트 밴드를 도포하는 단계와 ; 상기 밴드를 권취용 반원부를 통과시키는 단계 및 물품을 형성하도록 상기 형틀주위에서 상기 필라멘트를 권취하는 단계를 포함하는 필라멘트 권취방법에 있어서, 권취용 반원부(110)에 대해 고정된 제2안내수단(135)을 통하여 상기 필라멘트 밴드를 다이는 단계와 다음에 상기 밴드가 상기 안내수단을 통과하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 제2안내수단(135)은 권취용 반원부(110)가 비대칭의 형틀 모양에 관계없이 밴드의 폭을 일정하게 유지하기 위해 밴드에 균일한 각도 변위를 주게하는 것을 특징으로하는 필라멘트 밴드를 권취하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안내 수단은 서로 이격된 부분을 가지고 있는 한쌍의 바(140)(145)를 갖추고 있으며 그사이에서 밴드가 당겨지는 것을 특징으로하는 필라멘트 밴드를 권취하는 방법.
- 다수의 필라멘트를 밴드로 형성하는 장치(20)와 형틀에 대해 밴드의 적당한 배향성을 유지시키는 권취용 반원부(110) 및 이 권취용 반원부(110)로 필라멘트 밴드를 안내하는 제1안내 수단(30)을 포함하여 제1항의 방법을 수행하도록 형틀주위에 다수의 필라멘트를 권취함으로서 제품을 만드는 장치에 있어서, 상기 권취용반원부(110) 상기형틀(95)사이에 배치되며 상기 권취용반원부(110)로부터 상기 밴드를 안내하여 상기 권취용 반원부(110)에 대해 각 운동을 제한하도록 상기 권취용 반원부(110)에 대해 고정되는 제2안내수단(135)을 구비함으로써 상기 밴드가 상기 형틀주위에 권취될때 상기 권취용 반원부로부터 상기 밴드의 일정한 출력각을 유지하도록 하는 것을 특징으로하는 필라멘트를 권취하는 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2안내 수단(135)은 그 사이에 필라멘트 밴드가 들어가는 이격부분이 있는 한쌍의 바(140)(145)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트 밴드를 권취하는 장치.
