종래의 2성분 현상기에 있어서는 제1도에 도시한 바와 같이 토너실(1)과 혼합실(2)로 크게 구분형성되는데, 혼합실(2)에는 토너실(1)로부터 공급되는 토너와 현상제를 섞어주는 교반기(3)(4)가 설치되어 있으며, 토너를 드럼(5)으로 옮겨주는 현상슬리브(6)와 슬리브(6) 표면에 붙는 현상제 및 토너의 높이를 조절하는 조절블레이드(7), 현상제와 토너의 혼합비를 감지하는 토너센서(8)가 설치되어 있다. 토너실(1)의 하측에는 모터(M)에 의하여 구동되는 호퍼(9)가 설치되어 토너센서(8)의 신호에 따라 모터(M)가 회전하면 호퍼(9)가 회전하면서 토너실(1)의 토너를 혼합실(2)로 공급할 수 있게 되어 있다. 도면중 10은 현상기프레임을 보인 것이다.In the conventional two-component developer, as shown in FIG. 1, the toner chamber 1 and the mixing chamber 2 are largely formed, and the mixing chamber 2 is supplied with the toner and the developer supplied from the toner chamber 1.
