본 발명은 가발 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로 특히 주문가발 제조시 주어진 모양 및 크기의 변동이 없이 제조함을 목적으로 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a wig and a method for manufacturing the same, in particular, for the purpose of manufacturing without changing the shape and size given when manufacturing a custom wig.

이와같이 두형과 머리가 없는 모양으로 성형 재단된 두피에 식모를 하고 내면에 노출된 모근이 커어버 되도록 접착제를 도포하여 가발을 만들었다. 이와같은 가발은 주문된 두형과 가발을 써야할 부위모양에 맞게 두피를 제조하였으나 식모시 수많은 모발을 식모하다 보면 두피가 평면적으로 늘어나면서 크기 및 두형이 변형되는 문제점이 있었고 모발이 나빠지거나 내면에 돌출된 모근을 덮기 위하여 접착제를 도포하고 건조함을 수회 반복하는 과정에서 접착제에 포함된 용제에 의해 두피가 재차 늘어나 결국은 주문된 규격품보다 크게 제조되는 문제점이 있었다.In this way, the hair was formed into a head and a headless shape, and a wig was formed by applying an adhesive to grow the hair root exposed on the inner surface. 본 발명에서는 이상과 같은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 제작의뢰자가 제시한 두형에 신축성이 없고 내열성인 투명합성수지필름 또는 시이트를 가열하여 두형 표면에 밀착시켜 놓은 위에 접착제로 합성수지스킨을 접착하고 투시되어 보이게 두형에 가발착용부위(머리가 없는 부분)를 따라 그어놓은 선을 따라 재단하여 내부에는 신축성이 없고 내열성인 형유지층이 형성되고 표면에는 식모할 수 있는 식모층이 형성된 두피(화운데이션)를 형성하는 공정과 그 식모층에 직접 식모하는 공정결합을 특징으로하여 목적하는바 칫수가 정밀한 가발을 제조하는 방법이다.In the present invention, in order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, the synthetic resin skin is adhered with an adhesive on the two types presented by the manufacturing client and heated to the surface of the two types by heating the transparent synthetic resin film or sheet which is not stretched and heat-resistant.
