Claims (4)
- 격실을 한정하는 수직 배치된 하우징(22)과, 하우징내(22)에 배치되며 하우징을 가로질러 연장되어 격실을 하부의 가스 플리넘(26)과 상부의 입자유동 플리넘(28)으로 분리시키며 자체에 가스 흐름 통로(34)를 갖는 다공성 층지지판(24)과, 입상재료를 층지지판(24)위에 쌓기 위해 이산층안으로 연장되는 공급관을 가지며 유동 플리넘과 연통하는 입자 공급수단(30)과, 가압 이송가스를 가스 플리넘(26)으로 이송하고 층지지판(24)의 가스 흐름 통로(34)를 통하여 통과시켜 유동 플리넘(28)에 이송된 입상재료의 일부를 유동시켜 층지지판에 인접한 유동된 재료의 이산층과 이산층 위의 유동 플리넘내에 비산 영역(70)을 형성하기 위하여 가스 플리넘대로 통하는 가스 공급 수단(32)과, 각각 하우징(22)을 관통하며 입상재료와 이송가스를 받기 위해 비산영역(70)내로 통하는 입구를 가지며, 이송가스에서 하우징으로부터 받은 입상재료를 이송하는 복수개의 이송도관(14)을 구비하며 입상재료를 이송가스로 이송하기 위하여 유동시키는 장치에 있어서, 단면적이 이에 합체된 이송도관(14)의 단면적 보다 작으며 유동 플리넘(28)의 비산영역(70)으로 통하는 입구(86)와 이에 합체된 이송도관(14)의 입구로 통하는 출구(88)를 가지며, 다수의 이송도관(14)중 적어도 하나의 입구에 교체가능하게 설치된 오리피스형 니플수단(80)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로하는 입상재료의 유동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 오리피스형 니플수단(80)은 이송도관의 입구에 적합하게 설치되며 니플몸체의 입구(86)로부터 니플몸체의 출구(88)로의 분기되는 흐름 통로(84)를 한정하는 니플몸체(82)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입상재료의 유동장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 니플몸체(82)는 자체 청정되는 경사진 외부표면을 제공하며 이송도관(14)의 입구에 설치하기에 적합한 기부를 갖는 개방 단부 절두체형 쉘(83)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압상재료의 유동장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 니플몸체(82)는 설치될 이송도관(14)에 결합되기에 적합한 단면 형상을 취하는 기부를 갖는 개방단부 절두체형 쉘(83)과, 미끄럼 결합 설치되도록,설치될 이송도관(14)의 입구에 삽입되기에 적합하며 절두체형 쉘의 기부로부터 외향 연장되는 슬리브(85)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입상재료의 유동장치.
