Claims (12)
- 일부의 신호중 계기(37)를 포함하는 복수의 원격 장치(37, 63)와 : 상기 원격 장치들중 적어도 하나로 향하는 유출 통신신호를 제공하는 장치(1)와 : 복수의 상호 연결된 3상 전력 라인 도선(11, 12, 13)를 포함하는 통신 시스템으로서, 상기 3상 도선들중 특정의 것을 상기 유출 통신신호를 제공하는 상기 장치(1)에 독립적으로 결합하여 각각의 상도선이 동일한 상 관계의 유출 통신신호를 반송하도록 하는 제 1 의 장치(15, 16, 17)와 : 상기 3상도선들중 적어도 2개를 상기 각 신호중 계기에 독립적으로 결합하는 제 2 의 장치(43, 44, 45 또는 66, 69)를 포함하는데, 상기 각 신호중 계기는 그것에 결합된 신호들에 응답하여 합성신호를 발생하는 장치(48, 73) 및 상기 합성신호에 응답하는 장치를 포함하고 있고 : 아울러, 상기 3상도선들중 적어도 하나를 상기 나머지 원격 장치들의 각각에 독립적으로 결합하는 제 3 의 장치(43, 44, 45 또는 69)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3상 전력 배전망을 위한 통신 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 합성신호는 수신된 신호들중 어떤것의 신호대 잡음비와 비교하여서도 개선된 신호대 잡음비를 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 통신 시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 독립적으로 결합하기 위한 상기 제 2 장치는 상기 각 신호중 계기가 각각 3개의 결합된 신호들을 수신하도록 상기 각 신호중 계기에 상기 각 3상도선을 결합하는 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 통신시스템.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 합성신호에 응답하는 상기 장치는 유입 통신신호(47)를 생성하는 장치 및 상기 합성신호를 송신하는 장치(49)를 포함하고, 독립하여 결합하기 위한 상기 제 2 의 장치는 각상 도선이 동일한 합성신호를 반송하도록 상기 송신하기 위한 장치에 3상 컨덕터들을 결합하는 것을 특징으로하는 통신 시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 합성신호를 생성하는 장치는 상기 합성신호의 신호대 잡음비가 상기 3개의 결합된 신호들중 최상의 것의 신호대 잡음비와 적어도 같아지도록 3개의 결합된 신호들의 최대의 신호대 잡음비를 갖는 부분들을 결합하는 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 원격 장치는 수용가들에 서비스하기 위하여 상기 수용가들에 배치된 부하관리장치들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 원격 장치는 수용가 그룹들에 서비스하기 위하여 상기 수용가들로부터 떨어져 있는 부하관리장치들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 통신 시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 중립도선(24)을 포함하고, 또 3상 전력 라인 도선들중의 하나와 상기 중립도선 사이에 연결되어 적어도 하나의 원격 장치에 각기 서비스하는 복수의 변압기(54)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 통신 시스템.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 각 변압기는 중간 탭된 2차 권선(58)을 가지고 있고, 독립적으로 결합하기 위한 상기 제 3 장치는 2차 리이드와 상기 중간 탭 사이에 적어도 1개의 원격 장치를 독립적으로 결합하기 위한 제 4 의 장치(66)를 포함함과 아울러, 다른 2차 리이드와 상기 중간 탭 사이에 적어도 1개의 원격 장치를 독립적으로 결합하기 위한 제 5 의 장치(69)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 통신 시스템.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 각 원격 장치는 상기 독립적으로 결합하기 위한 제 4 및 제 5 장치에 응답하여 개선된 신호대 잡음비를 갖는 합성신호를 발생하기 위한 장치(73)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 통신 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 각 원격 장치는 유입 통신신호를 생성하기 위한 장치(71)를 포함하고, 아울러 상기 유입 통신신호를 송신하기 위한 장치(74)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 통신 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유출 통신신호를 제공하는 장치는 결합된 신호들에 응답하여 개선된 신호대 잡음비를 갖는 합성신호를 발생하는 장치(3)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 통신 시스템.
