Claims (9)
- 저어널 베어링 조립체(14,86)에 지탱되어 움직이도록 배치된 축을 수용하는 측면 프레임(16,68)을 가진 철도트럭에서 상기 저어널 베어링 조립체와 상기 측면 프레임 사이에 배열된 제 1 차 차대받이 장치에 있어서, 내측 금속링(34,80)은 이격된 두 세그먼트를 포함하여 상기 저어널 베어링 조립체(14,86)와 결합되어 있고, 고무링(28,74)은 두 세그먼트로 이루어지며, 각각의 세그먼트가 상기 내측 금속링과 외측 금속링 사이에 배치되어 결합됨으로써 상기 고무링이 제 1 차 차대받이 장치의 고응력에 견딜 수 있게 하며 또 내부의 크리이프를 최소로 줄이며 또한, 상기 고무링이 저어널 베어링 조립체 주위로 연장하는 다수의 이격된 절개부(53,55,57,59)를 내부에 가짐으로써 상기 절개부에 의존하여 선택된 탄성율을 제공하고, 이러한 구성에의해 수직 및 종방향에서 비교적 유연한 탄성율이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차용 제 1 차 차대받이 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 내측 및 외측 금속링의 두 세그먼트 각각은 대략적으로 링 원주의 1/2크기로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차용 제 1 차 차대받이 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 내측 금속링(34,80)의 두 세그먼트의 내측 표면은 상기 저어널 베어링 조립체(14,86)에 의하여 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차용 제 1 차 차대받이 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 외측 금속링(32,78)의 두 세그먼트의 외측 표면은 상기 측면 프레임(16,68) 상에서 측방향으로 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차용 제 1 차 차대받이 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 외측 금속링(32)의 두 세그먼트는 외측 모서리를 따라 외부로 연장된 립부(40,42)를 포함하여 그 립부 사이에 측면 프레임(16)을 수용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차용 제 1 차 차대받이 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 외측 금속링(78)의 두 세그먼트는 외측 모서리를 따라 내부로 연장된 립부(82,84)를 포함하여 측면 프레임(68)의 내부 돌출 플랜지 사이에 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차용 제 1 차 차대받이 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 고무링 내의 절개부는 이 고무링을 관통하여 연장하는 측방향 구멍(53,55)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차용 제 1 차 차대받이 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 고무링 내의 절개부는 이 고무링을 관통하여 연장하는 방사상 구멍(57,79)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차용 제 1 차 차대받이 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 측방향 구멍은 고무링 내에 배치되어서 제 1 차 차대받이 장치의 하중이 증가할 때 다른 탄성율을 제공할 수 있는 모양으로 되어 있고, 상기 다른 탄성율은 구멍을 형성하는 고무링의 상단부분이 고무링의 하단 부분과 접촉하여도 고무링에 가해진 압축력이 소정 레벨을 초과할 때가지 구멍의 면적 전체에서 개방지역을 여전히 유지하게 됨으로써 초래되는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차용 제 1 차 차대받이 장치.
