Claims (6)
- 하기(A)∼(E)순서의 공정으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 분말당으로 코우팅된 즉석 곡물식의 제조방법.(A) 튀긴 곡물 기재를 준비하고, (B) 곡물 기재의 수분을 약 4%이하까지 건조 시켜 건조 기재를 제조하고, 그런 다음 (C) 용융점이 70℉∼120℉인 식용유로 구성되어 곡물 기재에 도포되는 동안 오일이 액상으로 존재할 정도로 충분히 높은 온도를 가지는 제1물질을 사용하여, 오일에 대한 중량비가 약 1 : 0.15∼1 : 0.45의 범위가 되도록 건조된 기재를 도포하여 액체오일로 도포된 곡물 기재를 제조하고, (D)액체 오일로 도포된 곡물 기재에, 입자 크기 약 15∼200마이크론의 건조된 고형 분말당으로 구성된 제2물질을, 곡물 기재의 당에 대한 중량비가 약 1 : 0.15∼1 : 1의 범위가 되도록 코우팅시켜 분말당으로 코우팅된 곡물식을 만들고, (E) 분말당으로 코우팅된 곡물식을 식용유의 용융점 이하의 온도로 냉각시킴.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1물질은 또한 약 50∼200마이크론의 입자크기를 갖는 건조한 고형 분말당을 곡물 기재의 당에 대한 중량비가 약 1 : 0.2 이하인 범위로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 분말 당으로 코우팅된 즉석 곡물식의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 분말당이 코우팅된 곡물에 곡물 기재를 도포하는 동안 오일이 액체 상태로 존재할 정도로 제1물질의 온도를 충분히 높게하여, 곡물 기재의 오일에 대한 중량비가 약 1.0 : 0.04가 되도록 식용유로 도포하는 공정이, 냉각 공정전에 더 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 분말당으로 코우팅된 즉석 곡물식의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제1물질의 온도가 약 90℉∼160℉ 범위임을 특징으로 하는 분말당으로 코우팅된 즉석 곡물식의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 곡물 기재와 당의 중량비가 약 1 : 0.15∼1 ; 0.45이고, 곡물 기재와 오일의 중량비가 약 1 : 0.06∼1 : 0.15임을 특징으로 하는 분말당으로 코우팅된 즉석 곡물식의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 식용유가 코코넛 오일이고 당이 슈크로오스임을 특징으로 분말당으로 코우팅된 즉석 곡물식의 제조방법.
