Description
Claims (20)
- 감속장치에 있어서, 입력수단 및 아이들러와, 고정자와, 출력부재와, 적어도 고정자와 아이들러 사이에 위치되고 원통형 로울러로된 구름요소를 구비하고, 상기 입력장치는 그의회전입력을 아이들러의 궤도 운동으로 변환시키는 장치를 갖고 있으며, 상기 아이들러와 고정자에는 각각 로울러에 맞물리는 대체로 트로코이달표면이 형성되고, 그 트로코이달 표면은 모든 로울러가 작동시에 동시에 상기 두 트로코이달 표면과 대체로 연속적인 구름 접촉을 유지할 수 있게끔 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유성 감속장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트로코이달 표면들은 그 사이에서 작동하는 롤러들을 구비한 에피트로코이달표면과 하이포트로코이달 표면으로서 제공된 유성 감속장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아이들러는 한쌍의 트로코이달 표면들을 포함하며, 그중 하나의 트로코이달 표면은 제1열의 롤러들을 통하여 고정자 트로코이달 표면과 맞물리며, 아이들러의 다른 하나의 트로코이달 표면은 상기 출력부재에 형성된 다른 트로코이달 표면과 맞물리는 유성 감속장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 아이들러의 표면들은 회전운동을 하면서 궤도운동을 하는 유성감속장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 아이들러의 표면들은 회전운동을 하면서 독립적인 궤도운동을 하는 유성감속장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 사기 아이들러는 트로코이달표면을 각각 지지하는 2개의 부분으로 분할되어 있으며, 상기 부분들은 궤도운동의 결과로서 야기되는 동역학적 불균형을 제거하도록 서로에 대한 궤도위상차가 180°로 유지되는 유성 감속장치.
- 제1항, 4항, 5항, 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 변환장치는 입력장치에 제공된 캠을 포함하며, 상기 캠은 중간의 지지수단을 통하여 아이들러상에 지지되는 유성 감속장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 출력부재는 아이들러 운동의 회전운동성분을 출력부재에 전달하도록 정속도 커플링으로 아이들러에 연결된 유성감속장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 정속도 커플링은 아이들러와 출력부재의 마주보는 표면들에 형성된 원형의 홈들과 그 홈들속에 배치된 구름요소들을 포함하는 유성감속장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 아이들러 표면들은 상이한 속도의 회전운동과 독립적인 궤도운동을 하는 유성 감속장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 아이들러표면들은 아이들러의 반쪽부분들 각각의 마주하는 표면에 형성된 트로코이달 홈들로 회전할 수 있게 연결되어 있으며, 구름요소들은 상기 아이들러의 반쪽부분들 사이에서 감속을 얻도록 토크를 전달하는 유성감속장치.
- 제5항 또는 6항에 있어서, 상기 아이들러 표면들은 아이들러의 한 반쪽부분의 운동의 회전성분을 다른 반쪽부분에 전달하도록 정속도 카플링에 의해 회전할 수 있게 연결된 유성감속장치 :
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 궤도운동의 결과로서 발생되는 불균형을 해소하도록 균형추를 포함하는 유성감속장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정자는 출력부재에 연결된 출력축의 축방향으로 연장된 고정상태의 케이징, 케이징과 출력축사이의 지지수단에 연결된 유성 감속장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정자와 출력부재 사이의 추력지지수단과, 감속장치에 축방향으로 전하중을 거는 수단을 포함하는 유성감속장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트로코이달 표면들은 에피트로코이달 표면과 하이포트로코이달 표면의 쌍으로 제공되며, 상기 에피트로코이달 표면상의 로브들의 인접한 치끝들 사이의 호의 길이는 상기 하이포트로코이달 표면의 로브들의 인접한 치끝들 사이의 호의 길이와 같은 유성감속장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트로코이달 표면들은 에피트로코이달 표면 및 하이포트로코이달 표면의 쌍들로 되며, 상기 표면들의 이론적인 피치는 구름요소가 에피트로코이달 및 하이포트로코이달 표면들 사이에서 구를때 구름요소를 가속 또는 감속시키기 위해 구름요소에 힘을 가하도록 변화되는 유성 감속장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아이들러의 제2트로코이달 표면은 두번째 열의 롤러들을 통하여 출력부재에 형성된 트로코이달 표면과 맞물리며, 상기 제2트로코이달 표면과 출력부재의 트로코이달 표면은 두번째 열의 모든 롤러들이 상기 두 표면들과 계속적인 구름접촉이 유지되게 작동하도록 형성된 유성감속장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트로코이달 표면들은 일련의 로브들을 포함하며, 고정자 트로코이달 표면상의 로보들의 수는 아이들러의 트로코이달 표면의 로브들의 수보다 2개 더 많으며, 롤러들의 수는 아이들러 트로코이달 표면의 로브의 수보다 1개 더 많은 유성감속장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트로코이달 표면들은 상기 롤러들이 트로코이달 경로를 이동하도록 형성된 유성감속장치.
