Abstract
Description
Claims (5)
- 가압흡착조작 및 강압탈착조작을 순차적으로 행하고, 원료가스를 분리하여 정제가스를 회수하는 동시에 강압탈착조작에 있어서의 배기가스를 계외(系外)로 배출하는 제1단의 압력차흡착사이클공정과,가압흡착조작 및 강압탈착조작을 순차로 행하고, 상기 정제가스를 분리하여 농축정제가스를 회수하는 동시에 강압탈착조작에 있어서의 배기가스를 계외로 배출하는 제2단의 압력차 흡착 사이클공정과,상기 농축정제가스를 제품 가스로서의 회수하는 공정으로 이루어지는 혼합가스의 분리방법에 있어서,상기 제2단의 압력차 흡착사이클공정은 제2의 압력차흡착사이클의 강압탈착조작으로부터의 배기가스를 상기 제1단의 압력차 흡착사이클공정의 제1의 압력차 흡착사이클로 귀환시키는 배기공정을 포함하고,상기 제2의 압력차 흡착사이클에서 귀환하는 배기가스는 일시적으로 리저어버에 저장되었다가 상기 제1의 압력차 흡착사이클로 귀환되고,상기 리저어버에 저장된 귀환배기가스는 상기 제1의 압력차흡차사이클로 귀환되고,상기 리저어버에 저장된 귀환배기가스는 상기 제1단의 압력차흡착사이클공정의 균압(均壓)조작중 상기 제1의 압력차 흡착 사이클의 상부에 귀환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합가스의 분리방법.
- 원료가스 도입구(1)와 정제가스 송출구(2A)를 가지며, 또한 흡착제를 충전한 흡착탑과, 이 흡착탑에 접속된 배기가스 배출수단(3A)을 구비한 원료가스 처리압력차 흡착유니트(UA)와, 상기 원료가스 처리압력차 흡착유니트(UA)로부터의 정제가스를 도입하는 정제가스 도입구(2A)와 제품가스 송출구(2B)를 가지며, 또한 흡착제를 충전한 흡착탑과, 이 흡착탑에 접속된 배기가스 배출수단을 구비한 제품가스 취출압력차 흡착유니트(UB)로 이루어지는 혼합가스의 분리장치에 있어서,배기가스 귀환수단은 상기 제품가스 취출압력차 흡착유니트(UB)의 상기 배기가스 배출수단으로부터의 배기가스를 상기 원료가스 처리압력차 흡착유니트(UA)의 상기 흡착탑에 귀환 시키고,상기 배기가스 귀환수단은 상기 원료가스 처리압력과 흡착유니트(UA)의 상기 흡착탑의 상부에 접속되고, 이 원료가스 처리압력차흡유니트(UA)의 균압조작중 이 원료가스 처리압력차 흡착유니트(UA)의 상기 흡착탑의 상부에 상기 배기가스를 귀환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합가스의 분리장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 원료가스 처리압력차 흡착유니트(UA)로부터의 정제가스를 도입하는 정제가스 도입구(2A)와 농축 정제가스 송출구(2B)를 가지며, 또한 흡착제를 충전한 흡착탑과, 이 흡착탑에 접속된 배기가스 배출수단을 구비한 정제가스 처리압력차 흡착유니트(UB)와,상기 정제가스 처리압력차 흡착유니트로부터의 농축정제가스를 도입하는 농축정제가스 도입구와, 제품가스 송출구를 가지며, 또한 흡착제를 충전한 흡착탑과, 이 흡착탑에 접속된 배기가스 배출수단을 구비한 제품가스 취출합력차 흡착유니트(UX)로 이루어지며,배기가스 귀환수단은 상기 정제가스 처리압력차 흡착유니트(UB)의 상기 배기가스 배출수단으로부터의 배기가스를 상기 원료가스 처리압력차 흡착유니트(UA)의 상기 흡착탑에 귀환시키고,상기 배기가스 귀환수단은 상기 원료가스 처리압력차 흡착유니트(UA)의 상기 흡착탑의 상부에 접속되고, 이 원료가스 처리압력차 흡착유니트(UA)의 균압조작중 이 원료가스 처리압력차 흡착유니트(UA)의 상상기 배기가스를 귀환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합가스의 분리장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 배기가스 귀환수단은 상기 제품가스 취출압력차 흡착유니트의 상기 배기가스 배출수단으로 부터의 배출 가스를 상기 정제가스 처리압력차 흡착유니트의 상기 흡착탑에 또는 상기 원료가스 처리압력차 흡착유니트의 상기 흡착탑에 귀환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합가스의 분리장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 배기가스 귀환수단은 복수의 정제가스 처리압력차 흡착유니트를 구비하고, 이 정제가스 처리압력차 흡착유니트의 상기 배기가스 배출수단으로부터의 배기가스를 이전의 상기 정제가스 처리압력차 흡착유니트의 상기 흡착탑에 귀환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합가스의 분리장치.
