Claims (5)
- 내측공간(3)을 형성하는 관형벽(2)과, 그 관형벽을 둘러싸 그 주위에 외측공간(6)을 형성하는 수직의 외벽(5)과, 상기 외측공간(6)의 상단을 한정하는 상부벽(7)과, 내측공간(3)내로 기액 혼합물을 공급하기 위한 개방부(9)와, 기액 혼합물을 액체성분과 기체성분으로 원심분리하기 위해 상기 내측 공간(3)내에 배치된 소용돌이 형성 수단(10)과, 내측 공간(3)및 외측공간(6)으로부터 액체와 기체를 별도로 배출시키기 위한 배출 수단으로 구성되고, 그 배출 수단은 관형벽(2)에 형성된 액체 배출구(12)와, 상기 외측공간(6)으로 부터의 기체 배출을 위한 2차 기체 배출관(16)으로 이루어지는 기액혼합물 처리장치에 있어서, 상기 배출 수단이, 상부벽(7)을 통과하여 하단부(14)가 관형벽(2)의 상단부(15) 아래에 위치되도록 내측 공간(3)과 동축으로 배치되는 1차 기체 배출관(13)과, 상부벽(7)과 관형벽(2)의 상단부(15)사이의 유체통로(8)로 포함하고, 상기 관형벽(2)의 상기 액체 배출구(12)는 상기 1차 기체 배출관(13)의 하단부(14)아래에 배치되며, 상기 2차 기체 배출관(16)의 하단부가 상부 벽(7)아래에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기액 혼합물 처리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 1차 기체 배출관(13)의 하단부(14)가 관형벽(2)의 액체 배출구(12)의 상단부 아래로 연장하여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 2차 기체 배출관(16)의 단면적 이 1차 기체 배출관(13)의 단면적의 적어도 6%가 되게한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 개방부(9)가 그 개방부에 기액 혼합물을 만들어 공급하기 위한 혼합실(40)과 통하여 있는것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 기액 혼합물 처리 장치를 여러개 설치하여된 기액 혼합물 처리용 트레이(60)로서, 상기 장치 각각은 내층공간(3)과 그 주위에 외측공간(6)을 형성하는 관형벽(2)과, 상기 외측 공간(6)의 상단을 한정하는 상부벽(7)과, 내측공간(3)내로 기액 혼합물을 공급하기 위한 개방부(9)와, 기액 혼합물을 액체 성분과 기체 성분으로 원심 분리하기 위해 상기 내측공간(3)내에 배치된 소용돌이 형성수단(10)과, 내측공간(3)및 외측공간(6)으로부터 액체와 기체를 별로로 배출시키기 위한 배출 수단으로 구성괴고, 그 배출 수단은 관형벽(2)에 형성된 액체배출구(12)와, 상기 외측 공간(6)으로 부터의 기체 배출을 위한 2차 기체 배출관(16)과, 상부벽(7)을 통과하여 하단부(14)가 관형 벽(2)의 상단부(15)아래에 위치되도록 내측공간(3)과 동축으로 배치되는 1차 기체 배출관(13)과 상부벽(7)과 관형벽(2)의 상단부(15)사이의 유체통로(8)로 이루어지고, 상기 관형벽(2)의 상기 액체 배출구(12)는 적어도 부분적으로 상기 1차 기체 배출관(13)의 하단부(14)아래에 배치되며, 상기 2차 기체 배출관(16)의 하단부가 상부 벽(7) 아래에 배치되어 구성되는 트레이에 있어서, 상기 장치들이 공통의 외벽(62)을 가지며, 그 장치들이 관형벽(2)들이 트레이(60)의 구멍들 속이나 그 위에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기액 혼합물 처리용 트레이.
