Claims (7)

  1. 중합개시제를 함유하고 있는 불포화 화합물과 중합가속제를 함유하고 있는 불포화 화합물을 혼합하고, 그 혼합물을 금형강내에 유입한 후 30분을 초과하지 않는 시간동안 단량체를 중합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 비닐 또는 비닐리덴 그룹을 갖는 불포화화합물의 금형내 중합방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 불포화 화합물인 두 성분의 혼합과 그 혼합물의 금형내의 유입을 연속적으로 수행하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 불포화 화합물이 메타크릴레이트 또는 아크릴레이트로 된 그룹중에서 선택된 최소한 하나의 물질임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 금형을 50∼150℃ 사이의 온도로 유지하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 중합개시제가 과산화형의 기중합 개시제이고, 중합가속제는 환원제인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 불포화 화합물이 그 중합체를 함유한 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 불포화 화합물중의 중합체의 함량이 3 내지 40중량%인 방법.
