Description
Claims (9)
- 긴 섬유로 강화된 폴리아미드 복합재료의 제조방법에 있어서, 섬유를 폴리아미드 올리고머 또는 초기 중합체로 함침시키고, 함침된 섬유를 열처리하여 중합체 사슬의 길이를 증가시키고, 이어서 합침된 섬유를 인발성형으로 성형시킴을 특징으로 하는 개선된 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 올리고머 또는 초기중합체의 분자 사슬의 각 말단이 올리고머 또는 초기중합체의 한 분자로부터 다른 분자로 반응할 수 있는 반응성 관능기를 가지는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 언급된 올리고머 또는 초기중합체의 분자 사슬의 말단이 아민 기능기 및 카르복실산 기능기를 가지는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 올리고머 또는 초기중합체가 하기 일반식을 가지는 방법.상기식에서, m은 5내지 11의 수이고, n은 10 내지 40의 수이다.
- 제1,2 또는 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 인발성형을 거치기전에, 함침된 섬유를190℃ 내지 350℃의 온도를 가열하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 인발성형을 거치기 전에, 함침된 섬유를 가열하여 언급된 올리고머 또는 초기중합체를 n의 값이 약 50 내지 80의 범위인 중합체로 변형시키는 방법.
- 제1,2,3 또는 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 가열처리를 거친후, 올리고머 또는 초기중합체의 함침된 섬유를 약 190℃ 내지 300℃의 온도인 성형 다이로 인발성형시키는 방법.
- 제1,2,3 또는 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 1분당 약 0.3 내지 3미터의 속도로 인발성형을 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 올리고머 또는 초기중합체가 하기 일반식을 가지며, 인발성형 전에 함침된 섬유를 약 190℃ 내지 350℃의 온도로 가열하고, 이어서 가열된 섬유를 약 190℃ 내지 350℃의 온도에서 성형 다이로 인발성형시키며, 인발 성형 속도는 1초당 약 0.3 내지 3미터인 방법.상기식에서, m은 5 내지 11의 수이고, n은 10 내지 40의 수이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
