Claims (6)
- 케이블을 고정해주기 위한 분리 절두원추형 죠오에 있어서, 그들 각각을 구성하는 키이들 전체가 절두원추면에 의해 외부적으로 그리고 유리하게 홈이 나 있는 내면을 가진 원통형 채널에 의해 중공축방향으로 한정되는 동일한 기본 부분으로부터 나오고, 톱날절삭이 작은 두께의 연결 브릿지들을 중앙 채널을 따라 그들 키이들 사이에 처음으로 존재할 수 있도록 의도적으로 불완전하게 유지되는 키이들로 상기 부분을 분해하기 위해 행해지고, 상기 브릿지들이 뒤이어 파손되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 고정용 분리 절두원추형 죠오.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 브릿지가 1㎜보다 적거나 같은 방사 두깨를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 고정용 분리 절두원추형 죠오.
- 제1항 및 2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,채널의 원통형 내면에는 톱니가 나 있으며, 상기 브릿지는 종선홈의 중공부 수준에서 방사상으로 뚫려지며 불연속적인 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 고정용 분리 절두원추형 죠오.
- 전술한 청구범위들 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 분리 절두원추형 죠오를 위한 블랭크에 있어서, 상기 블랭크는 절두원추면에 의해 외부적으로 그리고 유리하게 홈이 나있는 내면을 가진 원통형 채널에 의해 중공 축방향으로 한정되는 하나의 부분으로 구성되고, 상기 부분은 작은 두께의 연결 브릿지만이 중앙채널을 따라 존재할 수 있게 해주는 실질적인 방사 슬래쉬에 의해 뚫려진 것을 특징으로 하는 분리 절두원추형 죠오용 블랭크.
- 청구범위 제4항에 따른 블랭크에 의해 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 따른 죠오를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,작은 두께의 브릿지들이 중앙 채널을 따라 그들 절결부의 바닥에 존재할 수 있도록 실질적으로 축방향 및 반경방향 슬래쉬로 기본 부분을 톱날 절삭해주고, 함께 접합된 키이들을 상기 브릿지들이 보유 지지해주고, 상기 브릿지들이 부서지는 동안에 키이들을 표면 경화시키기 위해 이렇게 잘려진 부분을 처리해주는 것을 특징으로 하는 죠오 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,그 톱날절삭후 그리고 경화처리전에 기본 부분의 환형 홈내에 강재로 된 조립링을 장착시켜 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 죠오 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
