Claims (7)
- 승온하에서 미세공을 지닌 탄소기질을 초기에 탈기체화시키고, 탈기체화된 탄소기질을 300 내지 500℃의 중간온도로 냉각하고, 탄화수소를 기질속으로 흡착하기 위해 상기 온도에서 냉각된 탄소를 증기형태의 탄화수소에 노출하고, 노출온도와 진공하에서 상기의 탄소기질을 탈기체화하여 탄소기질로부터 물리적으로 부착된 탄화수소를 제거하고, 상기 온도 보다 높은 온도하에서 상기 기질의 세공 구멍에 단단히 부착되어 있는 남아있는 탄화수소를 분해하여 상기 세공 구멍에 피로탄소(pyrocarbon)를 침전하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하여 조절된 크기의 세공을 지닌 탄소분자체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기에서 초기에 탈기체화 하는 것은 800 내지 900℃의 범위의 온도하에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 분해는 800 내지 900℃의 범위의 온도하에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 출발탄소 기질은 약 0.5 내지 0.55nm 범위의 세공크기를 가진 기질인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기의 흡착된 탄화수소는 프로필렌을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 분해는 800 내지 900℃의 온도범위에서 수행되면서 상기의 분해로 인해 기체 생성물이 회수되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 승온하에서 미세공을 지닌 탄소기질을 초기에 탈기체화시키고, 탈기체화 된 탄소기질을 300 내지 500℃의 중간온도로 냉각하고, 탄화수소를 기질속으로 흡착하기 위해 상기 온도에서 냉각된 탄소를 증기형태의 탄화수소에 노출하고, 노출온도와 진공하에서 상기의 탄소기질을 탈기체화하여 탄소기질로부터 물리적으로 부착된 탄화수소를 제거하고, 상기 온도보다 높은 온도하에서 상기 기질의 세공 구멍에 단단히 부착되어 남아 있는 탄화수소를 분해하여 상기 세공구멍에 피로탄소(pyrocarbon)를 침전하고, 수분 또는 산소 등의 환경에 노출시에 기체흡착용량 또는 선택도가 손실되는 것을 보호하기 위하여 초대기압과 00-200℃의 온도에서 침전된 피로탄소를 함유한 탄소기질을 수소로 처리하여 표면안정화시키는 단계등으로 구성되어 조절된 크기의 세공을 갖는 탄소분자체를 제조하는 방법.
