Claims (5)
- 액화 프로판가스를 저장하는 저장탱크(2)와, 이 저장탱크(2)로부터 송급된 액화 프로판가스를 기화하기 위한 적어도 1기의 상온식 강제기화기(10)와, 상기 상온식 강제기화기(10)에 의하여 기화된 프로판가스를 공기와 혼합희석하기 위한 적어도 1기의 에어믹서(22)와, 상기 에어믹서(22)로부터 송출된 프로판 에어가스를 일부 회수하여, 열량을 측정하고 그 결과에 따라 상기 에어믹서(22)에 유입하는공기의 양을 제어하기 위한 열량 조절라인을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 프로판에어가스 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열량 조정라인 중의 에어믹서(22)로부터 송출되는 프로판에어가스의 일부를 회수하는 배관라인은, 작은 직경의 내관(40)과, 이 내관(40)을 둘러싸서 보호하는 큰 직경의 외관(42)으로 되는 프로판에어가스 제조장치.
- 액화 프로판가스를 저장하는 저장탱크(2)와, 이 저장탱크(2) 로부터 송급되는 액화 프로판 가스를 기화하기 위하여 적어도 1기의 상온식 강제기화기(10)와, 상온식 강제 기화기(10)에 의하여 기화된 프로판가스를 공기와 혼합 희석하기 위하여 적어도 1기의 에어믹서(22) 와 상기 에어믹서(22)로부터 송출되는 프로판 에어가스를 저장하는 가스호울더(32)와, 상기 가스호울더(32)내의 가스의 양에 따라 각 에어믹서(22)의 운전을 제어하는 에어믹서 제어수단과, 상기 에어믹서로부터 송출되는 프로판에어가스의 일부를 회수하여, 열량을 측정하고 그 결과에 따라 상기 에어믹서(22)에 유입하는 공기의 양을 제어하기 위한 열량 조정라인을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로판에어가스 제조장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 에어믹서 제어수단은, 가스호울더 (32)에 설치된 가스용량 검지장치(34)와, 이 가스용량 검지장치(34)로부터의 신호를 수신하고, 선택된 에어믹서(22)의 제어밸브를 작동시키는 라인변환콘트롤러(102) 와, 이 제어밸브의 열림에 의하여 상기 에어믹서의 메인레글레이터(25)를 작동시키는 조작에어라인으로 되는 프로판에어가스 제조장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 열량 조정 라인중의 에어믹서(22)로부터 송출된 프로판에어가스의 일부를 회수하는 배관라인 및 에어믹서(22)를 작동하는 조작 에어라인은, 작은 직경의 내관(40)과, 이 내관(40)을 둘러싸서 보호하는 큰 직경의 외관(42)으로 되는 프로판에어가스 제조장치.
