Claims (9)
- 다음의 각 공정으로 이루어지는 탄화수소원료를 탈수소시키는 방법.(가) 탄화수소 원료로 구성된 원료유분을 첫번째 반응기에 통과시켜 원료유분을 탈수소조건하에 첫번째 탈수소 촉매베드에 접촉시켜서 탄화수소원료, 불포화생성탄화수소 및 수소로 구성된 첫번째 반응기의 배출유분을 생성하는 공정 ;(나) 첫번째 반응기 배출유분을 첫번째 도관을 통해서 두번째 반응기로 이송시킨 다음 첫번째 반응기 배출유분을 산소와 혼합하여 선택적인 수소산화촉매 베드와 수소산화를 촉진시키는 조건하에 접촉시켜 첫번째 반응기 배출유분의 온도를 높이게 되며, 이 첫번재 반응기 배출유분을 통과시켜 선택적인 수소산화촉매베드에 인접한 두번째 탈수소촉매베드와 접촉시켜서 탄화수소원료와 불포화 생성 탄화수소 및 수소로 구성된 두번째 반응기 배출유분을 생성하는 공정 ;(다) 두번째 반응기 배출유분을 두번째 도관을 통하여 세번째 반응기로 이송시킨 다음 두번째 배출유분을 탈수소 조건으로 유지되는 상기 2번째 탈수소촉매베드보다 더 큰 3번째 탈수소촉매베드에 접촉시켜서 탄화수소 원료와 불포화 생성탄화수소 및 수소로 구성된 세번째 반응기 배출유분을 생성하는 공정 ;(라) 불포화 생성 탄화수소를 회수하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 첫번째 도관내에서 산소와 유분이 첫번째 반응기 배출유분과 혼합됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄화수소원료가 알킬방향족 탄화수소임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 선택적인 수소산화촉매베드와 두번째 탈수소 촉매베드가(통상의 크기)를 가진 기공성의 촉매로서 인접해서 환상형의 베드임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 첫번째 반응기 배출유분이 선택적인 수소산화촉매베드를 통과하는 동안 적어도 650℃로 가열됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 두번째 탈수소촉매베드를 통과하는 반응물이 20℃-50℃ 사이로 냉각됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 첫번째와 세번째 반응기가 실질적으로 선택적인 수소화촉매가 적재되지 않음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 다음의 각 공정으로 이루어지는 에틸벤젠을 탈수소시키는 방법.(가) 에틸벤젠과 증기로 구성된 원료유분을 첫번째 반응기로 통과시켜서 원료유분을 탈수소조건으로 유지되는 첫번째 탈수소촉매베드에 통과시켜 에틸벤젠과 증기 그리고 스티렌 및 수소로 구성되는 첫번째 반응기 배출유분을 생성시키는 공정 ;(나) 첫번째 반응기 배출유분을 첫번째 반응기의 외부에 있는 첫번째 도관을 통해서 이송하여 산소함유 가스를 첫번째 반응기 배출유분과 혼합한 다음 첫번째 반응기 배출유분을 수소산화 촉진 조건에서 선택적인 수소산화 촉매층과 접촉시켜 첫번째 반응기 배출유분을 605℃ 이상의 온도로 가열시키게 하고, 선택적인 수소산화촉매베드로부터 나온 배출가스를 선택적 수소산화촉매베드와 인접한 두번째 탈수소촉매베드와 직접적으로 접촉시켜서 선택적인 수소산화촉매베드로부터 나온 배출가스보다 최소한 10℃ 정도 낮은 온도를 가지며 에틸벤젠과 증기 그리고 스티렌 및 수소로 구성된 두번째 반응기 배출유분을 생성하는 공정 ;(다) 두번째 반응기 배출유분을 두번째와 세번째 반응기의 외부에 있는 세번째 도관을 통해 이송시켜서 두번째 반응기 배출유분을 탈수소조건으로 유리되는 세번째 탈수소촉매베드와 접촉시켜서 에틸벤젠과 스티렌 및 수소로 구성되는 세번째 반응기 배출유분을 생성하는 공정 ;(라) 생성스티렌을 회수하는 공정.
- 제8항에 있어서, 두번째 반응기 배출유분이 두번째 반응기에서 제거된 후 가열되지 않음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
