Claims (7)
- N,N'-디메틸에틸렌디아민을 N,N'-디메틸에틸렌디아민의 0.5 내지 50 중량배인 수분 및 N-N'-디메틸에틸렌디아민에 대한 화학 양륜량(量倫量)이상의 탈수염화제의 존재하에 포스겐과 반응시켜서 1,3-디메틸-2-이미다졸리디논을 제조하는 방법.
- N,N'-디메틸에틸렌디아민 및/또는 그 염화수소를 탈수염화제의 첨가에 의해 pH를 3.0 내지 10.0으로 조정하면서 물매질중에서 포스겐과 반응시켜서 1,3-디메틸-2-이미다졸리디논을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 물의 양은 N,N'-디메틸에틸렌디아민의 0.5 내지 50중량배인 것을 특징으로 하는 1,3-디메틸-2-이미다졸리디논의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 포스겐의 양은 출발물질인 디아민의 이론화학량에 대하여 1.1 내지 1.5배인 것을 특징으로 하는 1,3-디메틸-2-이미다졸리디논의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, pH 4.0 내지 9.0에서 반응을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 1,3-디메틸-2-이미다졸리디논의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 탈수염화제는 지방족, 방향족 및 헤테로사이클족 제3아민으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 1,3-디메틸-2-이미다졸리디논의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 탈수염화제는 알칼리금속염화합물로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로하는 1,3-디메틸-2-이미다졸리디논의 제조방법.
