Claims (5)
- 크로마토그라피 충전은 폴리에틸렌이민 기능이 비-가교 공유 결합형태로, 또는 흡착된 가교결합 형태로 결합된 평균입경이 약 3 내지 약 40미크론이고 평균 기공크기가 약 50 ,내지 약 1000옹스트롬 단위인 입상 실리카겔로 필수적으로 구성되는 액체크로마토그라피 방법을 시용함으로써 시료로부터 모노클로날 항체를 분리시키고 회수하는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 필수적으로 균일한 모노클로날 항체 IgG 형을 이 모노클로날 항체를 포함하는 쥐 복수액 시료로부터 얻는 방법.
- 크로마토그라피 충전은 평균입경이 약 3 내지 약 40미크론이고 평균 기공크기가 약 50 내지 약 1000옹스트롬 단위인 입상 실리카겔의, 평균분자량이 약 400 내지 약 1800인 폴리에틸엔이미노프로필 트리메톡시실란과의 반응생성물로 필수적으로 구성되는 액체크로마토그라피방법을 사용함으로써 시료로부터 모노클로날 항체를 분리시키고 회수하는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 필수적으로 균일한 모노클로날 항체 IgG형을 상기 모노클로날 항체를 포함하는 쥐 복수액 시료로부터 얻는 방법.
