Claims (5)
- 주된 미세구조가 실투에 의해 유리상태로부터 전환된 다결정질 세라믹은 유리-세라믹으로 균일하게 이루어지고, 주형 공극부 주위에 전체적으로 확장된 금속 수납용 벽들을 가지는 것으로서 상기 다결정질 세라믹은 단일 미세구조로서 존재하고 주형벽들의 내부 표면은 지르콘 기재의 도형재로 피복된 주조용 주형.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리-세라믹이 스포듀민 또는 코오디어라이트인 주조용 주형.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 주형이 강 쇼트, 모래, 점토와 같은 입자상의 열흡수체에 의해 둘러 싸여 있는 주조용 주형.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 주형의 벽은 두께가 0.2인치(5.1mm)초과하지 않는 주조용 주형.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 주형의 벽은 적외선 조사에 대한 투명성을 갖는 주조용 주형.
