제1도는 본 고안의 회로도.

R1-R9: 저항 LED : 발광 다이오드
E : 충전용 바테리
본 고안은 충전용 바테리의 자동 충전회로에 관한 것이다.
종래의 바테리 충전회로에 있어서는 바테리의 충전시 그의 충전된 정도를 알 수가 없어서 임의적으로 적당한 시간동안 충전을 시킨 후 사용하게 되므로, 바테리의 충전미달이 되거나 과충전되는 경우가 허다하여 충전용 바테리의 수명을 단축시키는 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와같은 점을 감안하여, 충전식 바테리가 항상 적정수준의 충전 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 안출한 것으로, 이를 첨부 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
트랜지스터(TR1,TR2)의 각 베이스는 직렬 접속된 제너다이오드(ZD1), 저항(R1)과 직렬 접속된 제너다이오드(ZD2), 저항(R2)을 통하여 충전용 바테리(E)의 (+)측을 연결하고, 트랜지스터(TR1)의 콜렉터는 에미터에 다이오드(D1)가 접속된 트랜트랜지스터(TR2)의 콜렉터 및 저항(R3)에 접속된 다이오드(D2)와, 트랜지스터(TR3)의 베이스 및 저항(R6)에 접속된 저항(R5)과, 저항(R4)에 연결하고, 상기 트랜지스터(TR3)의 콜렉터는 다이오드(D3)를 통하여 트랜지스터(TR2)의 베이스에, 직렬 접속된 저항(R8) 및 발광다이오드(LED)를 통하여 저항(R7)과 트랜지스터(TR4)의 베이스를 연결하고, 트랜지스터(TR4)의 콜렉터는 충전전원부(10)에, 그의 에미터는 저항(R9)을 통하여 충전용 바테리(E)에 연결하여 구성한다.
미설명부호 B+는 충전전압이다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도에서, 충전 바테리(E)에 충전된 전위가 최저 전위와 최고 전위 사이에 있게 되면, 그의 최저 전압으로 설정되어 있는 제너 다이오드(ZD2)가 도통되어 트랜지스터(TR1)를 온시키므로 저항(R4)을 통한 충전전압(B+)은 다이오드(D2)→트랜지스터(TR2)→다이오드(D1)의 경로로 가해지게 되어 트랜지스터(TR3)를 오프시키므로 저항(R7)의 양단간에 전압강하가 발생되지 못하여 트랜지스터(TR4)를 오프시키므로 충전용 바테리(E)를 충전시키지 못하게 되며, 또한 발광 다이오드(LED)도 점등되지 않게 된다.
그러나, 충전용 바테리(E)의 잔여전압이 최저전압(제너다이오드(ZD2) 도통전압) 이하로 하강하게 되면 이로 인하여 제너다이오드(ZD2)가 부도통되어 트랜지스터(TR2)가 오프되므로 저항(R4)을 통한 충전전압(B+)은 저항(R5, R6)으로 분배되어 트랜지스터(TR3)를 온시키므로 발광다이오드(LED)가 점등됨과 동시에 저항(R7) 양단간에 전압강하가 발생되어 트랜지스터(TR4)를 온시키게 되어 충전전압(B+)은 트랜지스터(TR4)→저항(R9)의 경로로 충전용 바테리(E)에 인가된다.
따라서 충전용 바테리(E)가 충전되어 최저 전압이 이상이 되어 제너다이오드(ZD2)가 도통되어도, 다이오드(D3)→트랜지스터(TR3)의 경로로 상기 제너 다이오드(ZD2)의 도통 전류가 흐르게 되어, 트랜지스터(TR2)는 오프 상태를 유지하게 되므로 발광다이오드(LED) 및 트랜지스터(TR4)는 온상태를 유지하게 되어 충전용 바테리(E)는 계속 충전이 되는 것이다.
이와 같이하여 충전용 바테리(E)가 최고 전압치(제너 다이오드(ZD1) 도통 전압) 이상이 되면 제너 다이오드(ZD1)가 도통되어 트랜지스터(TR1)를 온시키므로, 저항(R4)을 통한 충전전압(B+)은 트랜지스터(TR1)를 통하여 흐르게 되고, 따라서 트랜지스터(TR3)가 오프되므로 발광다이오드(LED) 및 트랜지스터(TR4)도 오프되어, 충전용 바테리(E)의 과충전을 방지하게 된다.
이상에서와 같이 동작되는 본 고안은 충전용 바테리의 충전시에는 자동적으로 발광 다이오드를 점등시켜 사용자로 하여금 충전중임을 쉽게 표시함은 물론 바테리의 과충전을 미연에 방지할 수가 있어, 충전용 바테리의 수명연장 및 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 트랜지스터(TR1, TR2)의 각 베이스는 각각 직렬 접속된 제너 다이오드(ZD1, ZD2), 저항(R1, R2)을 통하여 통상의 충전용 바테리(E)의 (+)측에 접속하고, 트랜지스터(TR1)의 콜렉터는 다이오드(D2)를 통하여 트랜지스터(TR2)의 콜렉터 및 저항(R3)에 접속하고, 베이스측 저항(R4-R6)을 연결한 트랜지스터(TR3)의 콜렉터에 다이오드(D3)의 콜렉터에 다이오드(D3)를 통하여 트랜지스터(TR2)의 베이스와 저항(R8) 및 발광 다이오드(LED)를 통하여 트랜지스터(TR4)의 베이스를 접속하고, 그의 에미터는 저항(R9)을 통하여 충전용 바테리(E)에 접속시켜서 구성된 자동 충전회로.
