Claims (7)
- 반복적인 딥 방전 싸이클을 지속할 수 있는 무보수, 밀폐형 납-산 전지에 있어서, 상기 전지는, 밀폐형 용기와 : 상기 용기내에 있는 다수의 정극성 판과 ; 상기 용기내에 있는 다수의 부극성 판과 ; 밀접하게 서로 접촉되어 상기 정극성 및 부극성 판을 분리시키는 전해액 흡수 유지 분리기 재질과, 상기 판과 흡수기에 흡수된 황산 전해액을 구비하며, 상기 정극성 판의 각각은 합금 자체 중량을 지본으로 하여 약 38%이하의 안티몬을 함유하는 납 합금의 자체 지지형 그리드와 상기 그리드상에 페이스트된 정극성 활성 재질을 구비하며, 상기 부극성 판의 각각은 안티몬을 포함하지 않는 납 합금으로 된 자체 지지형 그리드와, 상기 그리드상에 페이스트된 부극성 활성 재질을 구비하고, 상기 부극성 및 정극성 판과 분리기는 최소한 25암페어시의 전지용량을 제공하기 위해 충분한 전해액을 함유할 수 있도록 다공질로 되어있으며, 상기 용기는 내부압력이 10psig미만일때 용기로부터 가스를 대기중으로 방출시킬 수 있도록 안전밸브를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무보수밀폐형 납-산 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정극성 그리드는 합금 전체 중량을 기본으로 약 0.5 내지 2.5%의 안티몬과 약 0.5 내지 2.5% 정도의 카드뮴을 포함하는 납 합금일 것을 특징으로 하는 무보수 밀폐형 납-산 전지.
- 제1항 있어서, 상기 안티몬의 함량은 약 2.0%이하인것을 특징으로 하는 무보수 밀폐형 납-산 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 활성 재질은 4염기성 황산 납이 없는 페이스트로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 무보수 밀폐형 납-산 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부극성 활성 재질은 약 3.6 내지 4.1g/㎤의 밀도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 무보수 밀폐형 납-산 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분리기는 붕규산 유리 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 무보수 밀폐형 납-산 전지.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 재질은 70% 이상의 다공성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 무보수 밀폐형 납-산 전지.
