Claims (12)
- 제 1항에 있어서, R1이 수소이고, 출발물질로 사용하는 케톤이 트랜스-dl 라세미체인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 출발물질로 사용하는 케톤이 4aR, 8aR 배위인 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, R이 n-프로필이고, R1이 수소인 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 출발물질로 사용하는 1-n-프로필-6-옥소데카하이드로 퀴놀린이 4aR, 8aR 에난티머 인오 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, R1이 수소이고, R이 n-프로필인 방법.
- 제 7항 또는 제 8항에 있어서, 용매가 테트라하이드로푸란이고, C1내지 C6의 알킬 포르메이트가 에틸포르메이트인 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 일반식(I)의 화합물이 4aR, 8aR-1-n-프로필-6-옥소데카하이드로퀴놀린인 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 4aR, 8aR-1-C1내지 C3알킬-6-옥소 데카하이드로 퀴놀린을 염기의 존재하에 C1내지 C6의 알킬 포르메이트와 반응시켜 4aR, 8aR-1-C1내지 C3알킬-6-옥소-7-포르밀데카하이드로퀴놀린을 생성시킨 후, 당해 포르밀 화합물을 하이드라진과 반응시켜 4aR, 8aR-5-C1내지 C3알킬-4, 4a, 5, 6, 7, 8, 8a, 9-옥타하이드로-1H (및 2H)피라졸로[3, 4-g]퀴놀린의 호변이성체 혼합물을 수득하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 4aR, 8aR-1-n-프로필-6-옥소데카하이드로퀴놀린을 4aR, 8aR-5-n-프로필-4, 4a, 5, 6, 7, 8, 8a, 9-옥타하이드르-1H (및 2H)피라졸로[3, 4-g]퀴놀린의 호변이성체 혼합물로 전환시키는 방법.
