탁주 유리병 속마개
제1(a)도는 본 고안이 왕관과 결합되기 전의 상태를 나타낸 분리 사시도. 제1(b)도는 제1(a)도의 결합상태 단면도.

본 고안은 탁주 유리병의 속마개에 관한 것으로서 탁주를 유리병에 담아 병마개로 막았을 경우, 탁주의 발효에 의하여 발생되는 가스의 팽창력으로 유리병이 파손되지 않도록 병마개 내저면에 가스 배기용통로를 형성시켜 발효 가스가 금속제 왕관의 주름부를 통하여 외부로 배출되도록 하므로서, 병 내부의 가스압력을 약화시켜 병의 파손을 방지할 수 있도록 된 것이다.
종래 탄산수나 발효성 음료수 또는 주정류를 유리병에 넣어 통상의 왕관이나 밀폐용 마개로 병의 주입구를 막았을 경우 탄산가스 또는 발효에 의하여 발생기는 가스 압력에 의해 유리병이 파손되었으므로, 발효 작용이 심한 탁주는 유리병을 사용하지 못하고 연질의 신축성이 큰 연질의 합성수지병에 넣었던 것이나, 이는 마개가 견고하지 못하여 취급시에 이물질이 들어가거나 탁주 자체가 밖으로 누출되는 등의 단점이 있을 뿐만 아니라, 합성수지병이 연질이어서 따로 세워두기도 불편한 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이상과 같은 종래의 결점을 시정하기 위해 안출한 것으로, 유리병의 마개를 형성함에 있어서, 왕관의 주름부를 이용하여 가스가 배출될 수 있도록 속마개에 가스배출용 통로를 형성하여 왕관의 내저부에 결합하도록 함으로서 속마개와 왕관이 하나의 연결된 가스통로를 형성할 수 있도록 함에 목적이 있다.
본 고안을 첨부된 예시도면과 함께 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 마개동체(1)의 밑면에 구멍(2)을 뚫고 환턱(3)의 상단에 돌출환(4)가 돌출대(5)에 의한 배출통로(6)를 형성하여 배출통로(6)가 왕관(7)의 주름부(8) 내측으로 연통되도록 된 구조로 되어 있다.
제2도에서는 제1도에서의 돌출환(4)과 돌출대(5)대신에 환턱(3)상에 환요홈(9)과 배출통로(10)를 요설한 것으로서, 배출통로(10)가 왕관(7)의 주름부(8)내측으로 연통되는 것이며, 제3도는 환턱(3)의 하부에서 마개동체(1)의 측면같지 배출통로(11)가 나란히 연장되어 병(12)의 내부에서 왕관(7)의 주름부(8)내측으로 가스 통로를 형성하도록 된 것이다.
도면중 화살표는 가스의 배출 경로를 나타낸 것이며, 공통되는 부분은 동일한 부호를 사용하였다.
상기와 같은 구조로 된 본 고안은 예시도면 제4도 내지 제5도에서와 같이 병(12)내부에서 발생한 가스는 구멍(2)을 통하여 배출통로(6) 또는 배출통로(10)로 이동된 후에 이들 배출통로(6)(10)와 연통되어 있는 왕관(7)의 주름부(8) 내측을 따라 외부로 유출되는 것이다. 또한 예시도면 제3도와 같은 경우에는 배출통로(11)가 병(12)주입구의 내면을 따라 상측으로 형성되기 때문에 별도의 구멍(2)을 요하지 않고 배출통로(11)에서 왕관(7)의 주름부(8)로 연통되는 것이다.
이상과 같이 본 고안은 병(12) 내부의 발효 가스가 왕관의 주름부(8)내측을 따라 외부로 배기되도록 하였기 때문에 병(12)내부의 가스 압력이 감소되어 병(12)의 파손을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있는 것이다.
