Claims (3)
- 압출성형된 미가황의 고무호오스의 외주에 이 고무호오스의 소재와는 접착이 안되고 마이크로파 흡수손실이 적고 가황온도보다 높은 융점을 가지는 내열성수지커버를 피복하고, 마이크로파가황조에서 고무호오스만을 선택적으로 초기가황할때까지 발열승온시키고, 이어서 고온상압의 가황조내의 가황매체의 전열에 의하여 가황이 완료될 때까지 승온가황하여 마지막으로 내열성수지커버를 박리제거하고, 맨드렐을 뽑아내는 것을 특징으로 하는 호오스의 연속가황방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내열성 수지커버로서 테프론 또는 폴리메틸펜텐을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 호오스의 연속가황방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 내열성 수지커버의 두께를 1~2mm로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 호오스의 연속가황방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
