Claims (6)
- 페놀, 테르펜, 비닐치환 방향족 성분에서 중합 생성물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 함량을 100%로 기준으로 할 때(1) 하기식으로 표현되는 비닐 치환 방향족 화합물 약 12중량% 내지 95중량%와,(2) 모노 테르핀 탄화수소 약 5중량% 내지 약 75중량%와,(3) 페놀류 약 0.75중량% 내지 약 50중량% 구성된 혼합물 중에 존재하는 모노머들은 촉매 존재하에 용매중에서 동시에 중합화되어 환구 연화점이 약 69℃ 내지 약 130℃인 비닐 치환인 방향족 탄화수소/테르펜/페놀 삼중합체를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비닐 치환 방향족 탄화수소/테르펜/페놀 삼중합체의 제조방법.상기식에서 R'는 수소 또는 -CH3, R"는 수소, -CH=CH2기 또는 1-10 탄소수의 알킬기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비닐 치환 방향족 탄화수소(1)은 스티렌인 것을 특징으로하여 삼중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 모노테르펜 탄화수소(2)는 알파-피넨인 것을 특징으로하여 삼중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서 페놀류(3)는 페놀인 것을 특징으로하여 삼중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 전항중 어는 한 항에 있어서, 촉매는 BF3인 것을 특징으로 하여 삼중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 전항중 어는 한 항에 있어서, 반응은 약 -15℃ 내지 약 65°의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로하여 삼중합체를 제조하는 방법.※참고상항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
