Description
Claims (15)
- 고형지방과 식용왁스의 혼합물을 포함하는 막으로 피복된 코어물질을 포함하는 오일 또는 지방피복물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고형지방이 약 50 내지 70℃의 융점을 갖는 피복물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 식용왁스가 약 65 내지 85℃의 융점을 갖는 피복물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 막이 상기 왁스의 약 2 내지 50중량부를 포함하는 피복물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코어물질이 식품첨가제, 항균제, pH조절제, 조미료 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 피복물질.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 코어물질이 소브르산, 푸마르산 및 5´-리보뉴클레오티드로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 피복물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 식용왁스가 쌀왁스, 카르나우바왁스(carnauba wax), 칸델릴라(candelilla)왁스 또는 밀랍인 피복물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고형지방이 경화우지 또는 경화유인 피복물질.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 경화유가 경화 평지씨유인 피복물질.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 코어물질이 5´-리보뉴클레오티드인 피복물질.
- 고형지방과 식용왁스로 이루어진 용용혼합물로 코어물질을 피복시키고, 상기 융융피복물을 냉각 및 고화시키는 단계를 포함하는 오일 또는 지방피복물질의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 냉각단계를 냉수중에 적합하거나 또는 분무시켜서 수행하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 용융혼합물이 상기 고형지방의 100중량부당 상기식용왁스의 2 내지 50중량부를 포함하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 고형지방이 약 50 내지 70℃의 융점을 갖는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 식용왁스가 약 65 내지 80℃의 융점을 갖는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
