Claims (29)
- 조성물내의 전체 bGH 중량에 대하여 제126위에 또는 그 주위에 발린을 갖는 bGH의 농도가 혼주된 뇌하수체 bGH중 동일한 위치에 발린을 갖는 bGH 농도보다 실제로 크게하여 제126위에 또는 그 주위에 발린을 갖는 bGH를 적어도 하나 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 본질적으로 모든 bGH는 발린을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 젖소에 투여 적합한 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 젖소에 투여한 경우에 혼주된 뇌하수체 bGH 동몰량을 투어한 것보다 젖소의 유즙분비를 더욱 향상시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 젖소에 투여한 경우에 bGH(A,L)동몰량을 여한 것보다 젖소의 유즙분비를 더욱 향상시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 본질적으로 순수한 발린 bGH를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 발린 bGH는 bGH(A,V)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 발린을 포함하는 위치에 로이신을 포함하는 동몰량의 bGH 보다 젖소의 유즙생산을 향상시킬 수 있는 본질적으로 순수한 발린 bGH를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 본질적으로 순수한 bGH는 bGH(A,V)와 met-bGH(V)로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제조합 DNA 기술에 의하여 미생물내에서 생성된 발린 bGH를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항. 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항 중의 어느 한 항의 조성물을 유즙분비를 촉진시킬 수 있는 양으로 젖소에 투여함을 특징으로 하는 젖소의 유즙분비를 향상시키는 방법.
- 혼주된 뇌하수에 bGH를 동몰량으로 투여한 경우보다 유즙분비를 향상시킬 수 있는 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 6 항 또는 제10항 중의 어느 한 항의 조성물을 유즙분비촉진량으로 젖소에 투여함을 특징으로 하는 젖소의 유즙분비를 향상시키는 방법.
- 발린을 포함하는 위치에 로이신을 포함하는 bGH를 동몰량으로 투여한 경우보다 유즙분비를 향상시킬 수 있는 제1,6 또는 제10항 중 어느 한 항의 조성합을 유즙분비 촉진량으로 젖소에 투여함을 특징으로 하는 젖소의 유즙분비를 향상시키는 방법.
- 본질적으로 순수한 발린 bGH를 유즙분비촉진량으로 포함하는 조성물을 투여함을 특징으로 하는 젖소의 유즙생산을 향상시키는 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 발린 bGH는 bGH(A,V)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 번역출발신호인 메티오인 코돈을 트함하는 1개 내지 약 3개의 인접하는 메티오닌코돈을 바로 뒤에 N-말단 알라닌을 갖는 이형의 폴리펩타이드에 대한 코돈들을 포함하는 게놈의 DNA를 선택된 세균내에서 발현시키고, 세균내에서 생산된 N-말단 알라닌을 갖는 폴리펩타이드를 회수함을 특징으로 하는 세균에 의한 N-말단 알라닌을 갖는 이형의 폴리펩타이드의 생산 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, DNA발현에 의하여 세균들내에서 생산된 폴리펩타이드의 최소한 약 80w/w%가 N-말단 알라닌을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 세균은 대장균임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 생산된 폴리펩타이드는 자연적으로 생산되는 진정핵의 폴리펩타이드와 본질적으로 동일한 아미노산 서열을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 진정핵의 폴리펩타이드는 소마토트로 핀활성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 생성된 폴리펩타이드는 유즙분비, 촉진활성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제16항의 방법에 의하여 제조된 N-말단알라닌을 갖는 폴리펩타이드.
- 소유래의 단백질이 아닌 제19항의 방법으로 제조된 bHG(A,L)과 bGH(A,V)로 부터 선택된 폴리펩타이드를 포함하는 조성물.
- 돼지유래의 단백질이 아닌 제19항의 방법으로 제조된 pGH(A)를 포함하는 조성물.
- 돼지유래의 단백질이 아닌 pGH(A)를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제25항에 있어서, 돼지의 발육전 성장을 촉진시키는데 유용한 조성물.
- bGH(A,L), bGH(A,V)와 bGH(A)로 부터 선택된 폴리펩타이드에 대한 코돈을 바로 앞에 번역 출발신호인 메티오닌 코돈을 포함하는 인접 메티오닌 코돈들을 1개 내지 약 3개 포함하는 DNA가 삽입된 세균성 플라스미드와 박테리오 파아지 각각으로부터 선택된 세균내에서 DNA를 직접 발현시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조합DNA 벡터.
- 세균내에서 작용하는 프로모터, 리보솜결합부위, 번역출발신호인 메티오닌코돈을 포함하는 1개 내지 약 3개의 메티오닌코돈들과 바로 인접한 N-말단에 알라닌을 갖는 이형의 폴리펩타이드에 대하여 암호화된 서열 및 번역종료신호를 차례로 포함하는 유전인자.
- 실질적으로 소유래 단백질이 아닌 bGH(A,V)를 유즙분비촉진양 투여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 젖소의 유즙분비를 향상시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
