Claims (10)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅱ) 및 (Ⅲ)의 신규 (2-이미다졸린-2-일)피리딘 및 퀴놀린카르복실산, 에스테르 내부염, 일이드와 그들의 토오토머 및 R1과 R2가 다를 경우 그들의 광학 이성질체.상기식에서,X는 H, 할로겐 혹은 메틸이고 ; Y 및 Z는 각각 수소, 할로겐, C1-C6알킬, 히드록시저급알킬,C1-C6알콕시, C1-C4알킬티오, 페녹시, C1-C4할로알킬, 니트로, 시아노, C1-C4알킬아미노, 디저급알킬아미노 혹은 C1-C4알킬설포닐기, 또는 한개의 C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시 혹은 할로겐으로 임의치환된 페닐, 디플루오로메톡시, 트리플루오로 메톡시, 1,1,2,2-테트라플루오로에톡시, 하나에서 세개의 할로겐으로 임의 치환된 C3-C8직쇄 혹은 측쇄 알키닐옥시이고, 또는 하나에서 세개의 할로겐으로 임의치환된 C3-C8직쇄 혹은 측쇄 알키닐오시이고 : 함께 결합했을 때는 Y및 Z는 임의로 치환될 수 있는 고리를 형성할 수 있는데, 이때의 YZ는-(CH2)n-(여기서 n는 3 또는 4의 정수) 또는-(CH)4-로 나타나고 ; R1은 C1-C4알킬이고 ; R2는 C1-C4알킬 혹은 C3-C6시클로 알킬이고 R1과 R2가 그들의 소속된 탄소와 함께 결합했을 때는 메틸로 임의 치환된 C3-C6시클로알킬로 나타날 수 있고 : R3는 수소이거나 COOR3는 그 산의 에스테르를 나타내고 ; R4및 R5은 각각 C1-C4알킬 혹은 페닐이거나, 함께 결합해 C5혹은 C6시클로 알킬을 형성할 수 있다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 메틸 10-카르복시-5-(디메틸아미노)-2,3-디히드로-2-이소프로필-2-메틸-3-옥소-5H-이미다조[2',1' : 4,3]-이미다조[1,5-a] 피리딘-6-이엄-5-일이드 및 그 R 이성질체인 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 메틸 10-카르복시-2,3-디히드로-2-이소프로필-2-메틸-3-옥소-5-(1-피롤리디닐)-5H-이미다조[2',1' : 4,3]-이미다조[1,5-a] 피리딘-6-이엄-5-일이드 및 그 R 이성질체인 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 벤질 10-카르복시-5-(디메틸 아미노)-2,3-디히드로-2-이소프로필-2-메틸-3-옥소-5H-이미다조 [2',1' : 4,3]-이미다조 [1,5-a] 피리딘-6-이엄-5-일이드 및 그 R 이성질체인 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 10-카르복시-5-(디메틸아미노)-2-디히드로-2-이소프로필-2-메틸-3-옥소-5H-이미다조 [2',1' : 4,3]-이미다조 [1,5-a] 피리딘-6-이엄 히드록시드 내부염 및 그 R 이성질체인 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 10-카르복시-5-(디메틸아미노)-2-디히드로-2-이소프로필-2-메틸-3-옥소-5H-이미다조 [2',1' : 4,3]-이미다조 [1,5-a] 피리딘-6-이엄 히드록시드 내부염 및 그 R 이성질체인 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 10-카르복시-5-(디메틸아미노)-2-디히드로-2-이소프로필-(2,8-디메틸)-3-옥소-5H-이미다조 [2',1' : 4,3]-이미다조 [1,5-a] 피리딘-6-이엄 히드록시드 내부염 및 그 R 이성질체인 화합물.
- 하기 일반식(Ⅱ) 및 (Ⅲ)의 화합물 및 R1과 R2가 같지 않은 경우 그 광학 이성질체를 제초제로서 유효한 양만큼, 식물의 군엽이나 종자나 다른 증식 기관을 함유하는 토양이나 물에 적용하는 것으로 구성되는, 단자엽/쌍자엽, 일년생/다년생, 수생 식물종의 제어방법.상기식에서,X는 H, 할로겐 혹은 메틸이고 ; Y 및 Z는 각각 수소, 할로겐, C1-C6알킬, 히드록시저급알킬, C1-C6알콕시, C1-C4알킬티오, 페녹시, C1-C4할로알킬, 니트로, 시아노, C1-C4알킬아미노, 디저급 알킬아미노 혹은 C1-C4알킬설포닐기, 또는 한개의 C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시 혹은 할로겐으로 임의 치환된 페닐, 디플루오로메톡시, 트리플루오로메톡시, 1,1,2,2-테트라플루오로에톡시, 하나에서 세개의 할로겐으로 임의 치환된 C3-C8직쇄 혹은 측쇄 알케닐옥시, 또는 하나에서 세개의 할로겐으로 임의치환된 C3-C8직쇄 혹은 측쇄 알키닐옥시이고 ; 함께 결합했을 때는 Y 및 Z는 임의로 치환될 수 있는 고리를 형성할 수 있는데, 이때의 YZ는-(CH2)n-(여기서 n는 3 또는 4의 정수) 또는-(CH)4-로 나타나고 R1은 C1-C4알킬이고 ; R2는 C1-C4알킬 혹은 C3-C6시클로알킬이고 ; R1과 R2가 그들이 소속된 탄소와 함께 결합했을 때는 메틸로 임의 치환된 C3-C6시클로알킬로 나타날 수 있고 ; R3는 수소이거나 COOR|3는 그 산의 에스테르를 나타내고 ; R4및 R5은 각각 C1-C4알킬 혹은 페닐이거나, 함께 결합해 C5혹은 C6시클로 알킬을 형성할 수 있다.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, R1이 C1-C4알킬이고 ; R2가 C1-C|4알킬이고 ; R3가 수소, 페닐로 임의 치환된 저급 알킬이고 ; R4가 C1-C4알킬이고 ; R5이 C1-C4알킬 혹은 페닐이고 ; R4와 R5이 함께 결합하면, C5-C6시클로알킬을 나타낼 수 있고 ; X는 H이고 ; Y는 수소 혹은 C1-C4저급알킬이고 ; Z는 수소이고 ; Y와 Z가 함께 결합하면, -(CH2)4-혹은-(CH)4-로 나타나는 고리를 형성할 수 있는 방법.
- 이미다졸린-2-일 피리딘 혹은 퀴놀린 카르복실산 에스테르 또는 카르바모일 피리딘 혹은 퀴놀린 카르복실산 에스테르와 빌스메이어(Vilsmeir) 시약을 거의 동몰량으로 반응시키고, 결과 생성물을 알코올성 염기로 임의 처리한 후, 산성화시키고 생성물을 분리하는 것으로 구성되는, 하기 일반식(Ⅱ) 및 (Ⅲ)의 신규(2-이미다졸린-2-일)피리딘 과 퀴놀린 카르복실산, 에스테르 내부염, 일이드 및 R1과 R2가 같지않을 때 그 광학 이성질체의 제조 방법.상기식에서 X는 H, 할로겐 혹은 메틸이고 ; Y 및 Z는 각각 수소, 할로겐, C1-C6알킬, 히드록시저급알킬, C1-C6알콕시, C1-C4알킬티오, 페녹시, C1-C4할로알킬, 니트로, 시아노, C1-C4알킬아미노, 디저급알킬아미노 혹은 C1-C4알킬설포닐기, 또는 한개의 C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시 혹은 할로겐으로 임의 치환된 페닐, 디플루오로메톡시, 트리플루오로메톡시, 1,1,2,2-테트라플루오로에톡시, 하나에서 세개의 할로겐으로 임의 치환된 C3-C8직쇄 혹은 측쇄 알케닐옥시, 또는 하나에서 세개의 할로겐으로 임의치환된 C3-C8직쇄 혹은 측쇄 알키닐옥시이고 ; 함께 결합했을 때는 Y및 Z는 임의로 치환될 수 있는 고리를 형성할 수 있는데, 이때의 YZ는-(CH2)n-(여기서 n는 3 또는 4의 정수) 또는-(CH)4-로 나타나고 R1은 C1-C4알킬이고 ; R2는 C1-C4알킬 혹은 C3-C6시클로알킬이고 ; R1과 R2가 그들이 소속된 탄소와 함께 결합했을 때는 메틸로 임의 치환된 C3-C6시클로알킬로 나타날 수 있고 ; R3는 수소이거나 COOR3는 그 산의 에스테르를 나타내고 ; R4및 R5은 각각 C1-C4알킬 혹은 페닐이거나, 함께 결합해 C5혹은 C6시클로 알킬을 형성할 수 있다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
