Claims (6)
- 이음매가 없는 2개의 층으로 된 파형수지관을 성형시키기 위한 장치의 압출기에 있어서, 압력하에서 열가소성수지의 압출물을 받아들이기 위한 측방향의 개구부를 갖춘 중앙구멍이 형성되어 있는 압출헤드와, 상기 헤드에 부착되어 있고 상기 압출물을 이송시키기 위한 공급통로를 갖추고 있는 제1노즐과, 상기 중앙구멍내에서 상기 제1노즐과 균일한 간격을 유지하도록 동심상으로 위치하여 압출물을 이송시키기 위한 수지이송통로를 형성시키는 제1중공맨드렐과, 상기 제1노즐의 측면과 접촉되도록 상기 헤드에 원주방향으로 배열되어 상기 제1맨드렐에 대해 제1노즐을 반경방향으로 조절하도록 되어 있는 나사를 이용하여 상기 제1노즐이 상기 제1맨드렐 주위에 등간격으로 설치되어지도록 하는 제1중심조절장치와, 상기 제1 맨드렐내에 위치하여 제2맨드렐을 지지하는 캐리어와, 내벽을 이루는 내부쪽의 수지를 압출시키는 제2노즐, 위쪽방향으로 경사져 있는 링의 형태로 되어서, 상기 압출물을 분할시켜 이음매가 없는 2개의 층으로된 파형수지관을 형성시키도록 하되, 상기 제1노즐과 분배기사이 및 상기 제2노즐과 맨드렐 사이의 간격을 좁게하여 각각 제1 및 제2환형압출오리피스를 이루도록 하고, 상기 오리피스를 통하여 압출물이 연속적으로 압출되어 상기 노즐내부와 맨드렐 주원에서 내벽과 외벽의 2개층으로 된 수지관을 형성시키도록 하는 분배기, 상기 캐리어를 길이 방향으로 조절하여 제2압출오리피스의 크기를 가변시키도록 된 나선조절부재 및 키이와 스플라인 등으로 이루어져서 상기 캐리어와 제1맨드렐을 상호 연결시키되 상기 캐리어가 회전되지는 않고 축방향으로만 이동하도록 하는 연결장치로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기.
- 이음매가 없는 2개의 층으로 된 파형수지관을 성형시키기 위한 장치의 압출기에 있어서, 압력하에서 열가소성수지의 압출물을 받아들이기 위한 측방향의 개구부를 갖춘 중앙구멍이 형성되어 있는 압출헤드와, 상기 헤드에 부착되어 있고, 상기 압출물을 이송시키기 위한 공급통로를 갖추고 있는 제1노즐과, 상기 중앙구멍내에서 상기 제1노즐과 균일한 간격을 유지하도록 동심상으로 위치하여 압출물을 이송시키기 위한 수지이송통로를 형성시키는 제1중공맨드렐과, 상기 제1노즐의 측면과 접촉되도록 상기 헤드에 원주방향으로 배열되어 상기 제1맨드렐에 대해 제1노즐을 조절하도록 되어 있는 나사를 갖추고서 상기 제1노즐을 상기 제1맨드렐 주위에 등간격으로 설치시키도록 되어 있는 제1 중심조절장치와, 제1맨드렐내에 위치하여 내부링과 상기 내부링에 레그를 통하여 부착되어 있는 외부링으로 이루어지고, 상측방향으로 경사진 링형태로서 압축물을 분할시켜 이음매가 없는 2개의 층으로 된 파형수지관을 형성시키도록 하는 상류측의 분배기 및 하류측의 제2노즐을 갖춘 스파이더와 제2맨드렐을 수용지지하는 한편, 상기 제1노즐과 분배기 사이 및 제2노즐과 맨드렐 사이의 간격을 줄여 각각 제1 및 제2환형을 압출오리피스를 이루게 하고, 상기 오리피스를 통하여 압출물이 연속적으로 압출되어 상기 노즐의 내부와 맨드렐 둘레에서 내벽과 외벽의 2중으로 된 파형수지관을 형성시키도록 하는 캐리어로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어는 제2압출오리피스의 크기를 변화시키기 위하여 상기 캐리어를 길이방향으로 조절하기 위한 조절부재를 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어는 회전되지는 않고, 축방향으로만 이동되도록 키이와 스플라인 등으로 이루어지는 연결장치로서, 제1맨드렐과 연결되어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분배기는 상기 스파이더의 측면과 접촉되도록 상기 분배기에 원주방향으로 배열되어 상기 스파이더에 대해 분배기를 반경방향으로 조절하도록 되어 있는 나사를 이용하여 상기 분배기를 상기 스파이더 주위에 등간격으로 설치시키는 제2중심조절장치를 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 이음매가 없는 2개의 층으로 된 파형수지관을 성형시키기 위한 장치의 압출기에 있어서, 압력하에서 열가소성수지의 압출물을 받아들이기 위한 축방향의 개구부를 갖춘 중앙구멍이 형성되어 있는 압출헤드와, 상기 헤드에 부착되어 있고 상기 압출물을 이송시키기 위한 공급통로를 갖추고 있는 제1노즐과, 상기 중앙구멍내에서 상기 제1노즐과 균일한 간격을 유지하도록 동심원상으로 위치하여 압출물을 이송시키기 위한 수지 이송통로를 형성시키는 제1중공맨드렐과, 상기 제1노즐의 측면과 접촉되도록 상기 헤드에 원주상으로 배열되어 상기 제1맨드렐에 대해제 노즐을 반경방향으로 조절하도록 되어 있는 나사를 이용하여 상기 제1노즐을 상기 제1맨드렐 주위에 동간격을 유지하도록 설치시키는 제1중심조절장치와, 제1맨드렐 내에 위치하여 내부링과 상기 내부링에 레그를 통하여 부착되어 있는 외부링으로 이루어지고, 상측방향으로 경사진 링형태로서 압축물을 분할시켜 이음매가 없는 2개의 층으로 된 파형수지관을 형성시키도록 하는 상류측의 분배기 및 하류측의 제2노즐을 갖춘 스파이더와 제2맨드렐을 수용지지하는 한편, 상기 제1노즐과 분배기 사이 및 제2노즐과 맨드렐 사이의 간격을 좁게하여 각각 제1 및 제2환형 압출오리피스를 이루게하여 상기 오리피스를 통하여 압출물이 연속적으로 압출되어 상기 노즐의 내부와 맨드렐 둘레에서 내벽과 외벽의 2중으로 된 파형수지관을 형성시키도록 하는 캐리어와, 상기 캐리어를 길이방향으로 조절하여 제2압출오리피스의 크기를 가변시키도록 된 나선조절부재와, 키이와 스플라인 등으로 이루어져서 상기 캐리어와 제1맨드렐을 상호 연결시키되 상기 캐리어와 회전되지는 않고 축방향으로만 이동하도록 하는 연결장치 및 상기 스파이더의 측면과 접촉되도록 상기 분배기에 원주방향으로 배열되어 상기 스파이더에 대해 분배기를 반경 방향으로 조절하도록 되어 있는 나사를 이용하여 상기 분배기를 상기 스파이더 주위에 동간격으로 설치시키는 제2중심조절장치로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
