본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도~제 3 도는 본 발명의 제 1 실시예인 산세척방법에 적합한 장치의 구성도로서 이중 제 1 도는 산탱크의 상류에 산세척 전처리를 하는 가열장치를 구비하는 것의 구성도.
제 2 도는 산세척 전처리의 가열장치로서 가열수탱크를 구비한 것의 구성도.
제 3 도는 제 1 도의 경우와 마찬가지이나, 산탱크내를 고압으로 유지한 것의 구성도.

Claims (3)

  1. 피산세척재를 연속적으로 산세척하는 방법에 있어서, 산액의 대기압하에서의 비등점 이상의 온도로 피산세척재를 가열한 후 산세척하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속산 세척방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연속산세척 방법에 있어서, 산세척 탱크내의 피산세척재를 산액중에 침지하지 않는 상태에서 피산세척재에 산액의 분류를 뿜어대어, 산세척 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속산 세척방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연속산 세척방법의 산세척 전처리에 있어서, 내부의 대기압하에서의 비등점 이상의 온도의 온수를 보유한 탱크와 이온수를 가열하는 가열장치와, 이 탱크와 피산세척재와의 출입구에 시일로울을 구비한것을 특징으로 하는 연속산 세척 전처리 장치.
