Claims (7)
- A) 2개 이상의 우레탄 그룹을 함유하는 비스 메틸올화 우레탄을 B) 이온을 생성시킬 수 있는 그룹(이들 그룹은 중화된 형태로 존재함)을 함유하는 폴리하이드록실 화합물과의 반응 생성물을 기본으로 하는 폴리우레탄 분산액을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, A) 2개 이상의 우레탄 그룹을 함유하는 비스 메틸올화된 우레탄을, B) 이온을 생성시킬 수 있는 그룹을 함유하는 폴리하이드록실 화합물과 100 내지 160℃에서 용융 반응시키고, 생성되는 반응 생성물을 중화시킨 후, 물-적합한 용매와 혼합시키고, 필요한 경우 중화시키기 전에 용매를 가하고 물을 가하여 분산액으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디하이드록시 카복실산 또는 알칸올아민이 폴리하이드록실 화합물로서 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 이온을 생성시킬 수 없는 폴리하이드록실 화합물을 성분 B)와 함께 추가로 사용되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 분자량이 200 내지 10,000인, 디올 또는 CH그룹-함유 폴리에스테르를 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 알칼리금속 수산화물, 알칼리금속 탄산염, 암모니아, 아민, 아민 알코올 또는 산 및 4급화시킬 수 있는 화합물을 중화 반응시에 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 따르는 분산액을 기본으로 하는 표면 피복물을 갖는 금속, 플라스틱, 유리, 가죽 및 종이.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 따르는 분산액을 기본으로 하는 표면 피복물을 에폭시, 또는 멜라민 수지와의 혼합물로서의 표면 피복물을 갖는 금속, 플라스틱, 유리, 가죽 및 종이.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
