Claims (6)
- 공동금형이 상향되도록 기계베드위에 설치된 프리포옴 성형용 공동금형, 기계베드위에서 회전가능한 전달판의 아래표면에 금형플레이스판과 함께 장착되며 상기 공동금형에 대해서 폐쇄되는 지지 및 립금형, 및 상기 전달판을 통해 뻗어 있으며 립금형에 끼워 맞춰지는 핵금형으로 되어있는 회전성형기용 금형에 있어서, 상기 핵금형과 함께 상기 립금형이 상기 공동금형에 대해 이동가능하게 배열되며 수직축 및 스프링을 사용하여 상기 전달판에 대해 가압되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리포옴 성형용 금형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필요한 수의 수직축은 간격을 두고 떨어진 홀로 상기 전달판의 아래표면으로부터 돌출되며, 립성형을 갖는 금형플레이스판은 수직이동가능하게 상기 수직축을 통해 뻗어 있으며, 전달판의 아래표면에 대해 항상 립금형과 함께 금형플레이스판을 가압하는 스프링은 금형플레이스판과 수직축의 하단사이에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수직축은 간격을 두고 떨어진 홀과 한쌍을 이루어 전달판을 통해 수직이동가능하게 뻗어 있으며, 상기 수직축은 전달판위에 돌출된 상단에서 접속판에 의해 일체적으로 접속되며, 안내부재는 전달판의 하부에 돌출된 하단위에 설치되며, 상기 금형플레이스판은 안팎으로 분리해서 이동시키도록 상기 안내부재에 장착되며, 상기 수직축을 통해 상기 전달판의 아래표면에 대해 립금형과 함께 항상 금형 플레이스판을 가압하는 스프링이 상기 접속판 및 상기 전달판사이에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 스프링은 코일스프링으로 구성되며, 상기 전단판을 통해 뻗어 있는 수용관에 에워싸여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 핵금형의 전단표면은 립금형에 끼워맞추는 금형표면을 구성하여 상기 공동금형과 함께 공동을 형성하며, 상기 금형표면의 상부주변부가 상기 립금형의 상면과 접촉하는 쇼울더의 모양이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공동금형은 고온런너와 함께 기계베드위에 안전하게 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
