Claims (13)
- 기체를 자가-배수전극의 기공중 적어도 일부분에 유입시키고; 전극기공의 일부만이 채워지기에 충분한 양의 액체를 전극의 배수속도와 거의 동일한 속도로 액체투과성 분리기를 통해 자가-배수 전극내로 조절하면서 유입시키고; 액체와 기체를 전기화학적으로 반응시켜 적어도 하나의 비휘발성 생성물을 생성시킨 다음, 자가-배수 전극으로부터 전기화학 반응생성물을 회수함을 특징으로 하여, 액체투과성 분리기에 의해 적어도 2개의 전극으로 분리되며, 이 전극중 적어도 하는 상기 분리기를 지지하고 자가-배수되는 다공성의 전극인 전해조내에서 액체와 기체를 전기화학적으로 반응시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 액체와 접촉되는 분리기의 면적을 조정함으로써 분리기를 통과하는 액체의 유량 및 유속을 조절하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 액체상에 미치는 대기압을 조정함으로써 분리기를 통과하는 액체의 유량 및 유속을 조절하는 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 비휘발성 생성물이 수산화나트륨인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기체를 산소함유 기체 및 거의 순수한 산소중에서 선택하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자가-배수 전극이 음극인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전해조가 분리기와 양극사이에 위치하는 이온교환막을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 액체가 과산화물을 분해하는 촉매적 활성을 갖는 불순물 및 촉매의 적어도 일부를 불활성화시키기에 충분한 농도의 안정화제를 함유하는 알칼리성 수용액인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 안정화제가 킬레이트화제인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 킬레이트화제가 에틸렌 디아민테트라아세트산의 알카리 금속염인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 알카리 금속염이 나트륨염인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 용액이 수산화칼륨 및 수산화나트륨중에서 선택된 알카리금속 수산화물을 함유하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 안정화제가 용액 ℓ당 0.05 내지 5.0g의 농도로 존재하는 방법.
