Claims (2)
- 하기식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 활성성분과 약학적으로 허용가능한 담체로 구성된 약학적 조성물.상기식에서 R1은 1-4개의 같거나 다른 치환체로서 알킬(1-6C), 알콕시(1-6C), 히드록시, 할로겐, NO2, CF2또는 -NR5R6기중에서 선택되는데 이들중 치환제 2개가 함께 메틸렌-디옥시기를 나타내기도 한다. X는, -CH2-CH2- 또는 -CH=CH- n은 0,1 또는 2, R3은또는R2,R4,R5와 R6는 H 또는 알킬(1-6C)이다.
- (a) 하기식(Ⅱ)의 화합물 또는 그의 할라이드 또는 무수물을 하기식(Ⅲ)의 화합물 또는 수소원자(질소위치)가 알칼리금속과 같은 반응성이 큰 부로 치환된 반응성 유도체와 반응시키거나 (b) 하기식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 하기식(Ⅲ)의 화합물 또는 수소원자(질소위치)가 알칼리금속과 같은 반응성이 큰 부로 치환된 반응성 유도체와 반응시키거나 (C) 하기식(Ⅴ)의 화합물을 아미노-구아니딘 또는 그 염과 반응시킨 뒤 생성된 혼합물의 R1이 최소한 하나의 알콕시기인 화합물을 R1이 최소한 하나의 히드록시기인 대응되는 화합물로 가수분해시키거나 생성된 화합물의 R1이 최소한 하나의 히드록시기인 화합물을 R1이 최소한 하나의 알콕시기인 대응되는 화합물로 알킬화시키거나 생성된 화합물의 R1이 최소한 2개의 히드록시기일 때는 R1이 최소한 하나의 메틸렌디옥시기인 대응되는 화합물로 전환시키거나 생성된 화합물의 R1이 최소한 하나의 니트로기일 때는 R1이 최소한 한의 아미노기인 대응되는 화합물로 전화시킨 뒤 생성된 화합물을 약학적으로 허용가능한 염으로 전환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 하기식(Ⅰ) 화합물의 제조방법.상기식에서 R1은 1-4개의 같거나 다른 치환체로서 알킬(1-6C), 알콕시(1-6C), 히드록시, 할로겐, NO2, CF2또는 -NR5R6기중에서 선택되는 이들중 치환제 2개가 함께 메틸렌-디옥시기를 나타내기도 한다.
