Claims (10)
- 약 250-450℃의 온도에서, 하기(a)-(c)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 촉매량의 제올라이트 촉매존재하에, 약 0.2-1.5이 탄소/질소(C/N)비율을 제공하기에 충분한 양으로 메탄올 및/또는 디메틸에테르와 암모니아를 반응시키는 것으로 구성되는 디메틸아민 제조방법, (a) 산성제올라이트로우, (b) 산성제올라이트 ZX-5, 그리고, (c) 각기 약 3이상의 기하학적 선택지수를 갖는 산성의 천연, H-교환 및 M-교환사방비석(여기서, N은 Na, K, Rb 및 Cs로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 또는 그 이상의 알칼리 금속이온이다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, 7-7000kpa의 압력, 0.01-80시간의 메탄올/DNE 시공간을 제공하기에 충분한 반응체 공급속도 및 300-400℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 압력이 70-3000kpa이고, 메탄올/DNE 시공간이 0.10-1.5시간이며, C/N비율이 약 0.5-약 1.2인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제올라이트 촉매가 산성제올라이트로우인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제올라이트 촉매가 제올라이트 H-로우인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제올라이트 촉매가 수화된 제올라이트 H-로우인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제올라이트 촉매가 제올라이트 ZK-5인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 제올라이트 촉매가 제올라이트 H-ZK-5인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제올라이트 촉매가 각기 약 3이상의 기하학적 선택지수를 갖는 산성의 천연, H-교환 및 M-교환사방비석으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되며, 이때 M은 Na, K, Rb 및 Cs로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 또는 그 이상의 알카리 금속이온인 방법.
