Abstract

A bias circuit, used in a non-switching power amplifier, generates no non-linear distortion. The circuit comprises a signal input, which supplies the input signal; first and second output transistors, which amplify the input signal; output resistors, which are connected serially between the output lines of the first and second output transistors; first and second variable current sources; and a voltage-detecting circuit, which controls variable current sources.
