Claims (5)

  1. 일반식(II)의 피롤리디논-4-카복실산 에스테르를 알칼리금속 브로하이드라이드 착화합물로 선택적으로 환원시키거나; R2가 하이드록시-치환된 페닐그룹을 나타내고, R1이 후술하는 바와 같은 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조할 경우에는 R2가 상응하는 벤젠옥시-치환된 페닐그룹을 나타내는 일반식(I)의 화합물을 촉매적 수소화시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(I)의 1-치환된 4-하이드록시메틸-피롤리디논 유도체를 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1은 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬그룹을 나타내며; R2는 탄소수 1 또는 2의 알킬, 탄소수 1 또는 2의 알콕시, 불소, 염소, 브롬, 트리플루오로 메틸, 니트로, 벤질옥시 또는 하이드록시에 의해 임의로 일-, 이- 또는 삼- 치환된 페닐그룹, 또는 피리딜 그룹을 나타내고, R3는 저급알킬그룹을 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬그룹이고, R2가 메톡시에 의해 임의로 일-, 이- 또는 삼- 치환된 페닐그룹을 나타내는 일반식(I)의 1-치환된 4-하이드록시 메틸-피롤리디논 유도체를 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 1-벤젠-4-하이드록시메틸-피롤리딘-2-온을 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 1-(4-메톡시벤질)-4-하이드록시메틸-피롤리딘-2-온을 제조하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 1-(3,4-디메톡시벤질)-4-하이드록시메틸-피롤리딘-2-온을 제조하는 방법.
