Claims (1)
- 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)을 갖는 산염화물을 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 카르니틴염 용액과 반응시켜 다음 일반식(I)을 갖는 카르니틴의 아실유도체, 이의 약제 허용염 및 입체화학적 이성체를 제조하는 방법.상기에서, X-는 할로게나이드 또는 설페이트 음이온이고, 또 R은 아크릴산, 비닐-아세트산 및 아릴-아세트산 중에서 선정된 불포화 유기산기 ; 3급 부틸아세트산 및 3급 부틸 프로피온산중에서 선정된 3급-알킬기로 치환된 포화 유기산기 ; 사이클로펜탄-카르복시산, 사이클로펜탄-아세트산, 사이클로펜탄-프로피온산, 사이클로헥실-아세트산 및 사이클로헥실-부티르산 중에서 선정된 사이클로알킬기로 치환된 포화 유기산기 ; 3-사이클로헥산-카르복시산 및 2사이클로펜텐-아세트산 중에서 선정된 사이클로알케닐기로 치환된 포화 유기산기 ; 메톡시아세트산 및 에톡시아세트산 중에서 선정된 알콕시기로 치환된 포화 유기산기 ; 3-카르보메톡시 프로피온산 및 4-카르보메톡시부티르산 중에서 선정된 카르보알콕시기로 치환된 포화유기산기, 2-하이드록시이소부티르산, 2-하이드록시이소발레트산, 2-하이드록시이소카프로산, 2-하이드록시-2-메틸-부티르산, 2-메틸-3-하이드록시프로피온산, 2-하이드록시-3급-부틸-아세트산, 3-하이드록시-3-메틸-글루타르산(모노에스테르), 3-하이드록시-2-메틸-글루타르산(모노에스테르) 및 3-하이드록시-프로피온산 중에서 선정된 하이드록시 치환 포화 유기산기 ; 2-포르밀프로피온산 및 포르밀-이소부티르산 중에서 선정된 알데히드기 치환 포화 유기산기 ; 또는 1,2-디티올란-3-펜탄산, 2-티오펜-카르복시산 및 2-티오펜 아세트산 중에서 선정된 헤테로사이클기 치환 포화 유기산기이다.
