Claims (14)

  1. 결정수 6분자이하의 겻을 함유하는 적어도 일부가 용해된 니켈염을 일부용해된 직쇄유기 폴리머존재하에 알칼리 보로히드리드로 환원시킴을 특징으로 하는 직쇄유기폴리머로 안정화시킨 미세분산된 니켈붕화물촉매를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에, 있어서, 니켈염이 6분자이하의 결정수를 함유하는 니켈할로겐 화물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 니켈염이 염화니켈 2수화물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항내지 제3항의 어느한항에 있어서, 직쇄 유기 폴리머는 비닐피롤리돈 그룹을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항내지 제4항의 어느 한항에 있어서 직쇄유기 폴리머가 10,000내지 150000의 평균분자량을 가진 폴리비닐 피롤리돈임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 평균분자량이 30,000내지 60,000임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항내지 제6항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 니켈염을 휘발성 극성용매에 용해시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 극성용매가 C1∼C3알칸올임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항내지 제8항의 어느한항에 있어서, 쳐매가 준비되면 트리글리세리드유를 가하고 극성유기용매를 증발제거시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항내지 제9항의 어느 한항에 따른 미세분산된 니켈붕화물을 쳐매로 사용함을 특징으로 하여 불포화지방화합물을 수소첨가 시키는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 니켈붕화물 촉매의 사용량을 니켈기준 5내지 500ppm으로 함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 니켈붕화물 촉매의 사용량을 5내지 200ppm으로 함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 중화, 표백, 탈취한 옥소가 130내지 135의 대두유를 110℃의 온도, 500KPa의 수소압력하에 750rpm으로 교반하면서 용량의 50%에 해당하는 두부공간(head space)을 두는 0.3ℓ마그네드라이브 오토클레드(ex Autoclave Engineers Inc., Eric, Penna, USA)에서 50ppm의 니켈(니켈금속 기준)로 40분이상 수소첨가반응시켜 대두유의 옥소가를 35로 감소시킴을 특징으로 하는 피롤리돈그룹을 함유하는 직쇄폴리머로 안정화시킨 미세분산된 니켈붕화물촉매.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 옥소가 감소율이 매분 1단위이상임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
