Claims (6)

  1. 수용액 내에 하이포미크로비움 속의 미생물 또는 그로부터 유도된 공정에 적합한 돌연변이체를 영양무기염 및 임의의 질소원 존재하에서 약 20내지 40℃ 및 pH4내지 7.5에서 배양시키고 필요시 수득된 바이오메스(biomass)를 분리시킴을 특징으로 하여 저급 알칸올, 저급알카노에이트, 단당류, 이당류, 디메틸 포스파이트, 리트메틸포스파이트, 저급 알킬암모늄 화합물 또는 그의 유리 아민, 메틸설페이트화합물 또는 그의 혼합물을 분해시키므로서 수용액을 미생물적으로 정화시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수용내에 하이포미크로비움속의 미생물 또는 그로부터 유도된 공정에 적합한 돌연변이체를 배양시킴을 특징으로하여 메탄올, 에탄올, 글루코즈, 디메틸 포스파이트, 트리메틸포스파이트, 메틸암모늄 클로라이드, 디메틸암모늄 클로라이드, 에틸메틸암모늄클로라이드 또는 나트륨 메틸 설페이트 또는 전기 화합물의 혼합물을 분해시키므로서 수용액을 미생물학적으로 정화시키는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 수용액내에 하이포미크로비움
    MS 72(NRRL-B-12573), MS 75(NRRL-B-12572), MS 219(NRRL-B-12570)및 MS 246(NRRL-B-12569)의 그룹중에서 선택한 미생물을 배양시킴을 특징으로 하여 나트륨 메틸 설페이트를 분해시키므로서 수용액을 미생물 학적으로 정화시키는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 28℃에서 배양시킴이 특징인 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 배치씩(batchwise) 배양시킴이 특징인 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 연속적으로 배양시킴이 특징인 방법.
