Claims (10)
- 용융된 금속을 담기 위하여 주조 가능한 물질로된 대화 용광로와, 대화 용광로를 열적으로 덮기 위하여 쎄라믹 화이버 재료로 되고 대화 용광로의 외부에 고정된 단열층과, 히이터와, 쎄라믹으로 되고 히이터를 싸기 위하여 열림단과 닫힘단을 갖추고 용광로 대에서 용융된 금속으로 부터 히이터를 보호하는 보호 튜우브와, 그 저축부에 제1지지부와 그 반대측부에 제2지지부를 갖춘 대화 용광로와, 바깥쪽으로 넓어지는 테이퍼진 구멍을 가진 제1지지부와, 용광로하여 대에 보호 튜우브를 고정시키기 위하여 테이프진 구멍벽과 보호 튜우브 사이에 배치된 봉함부재와, 보호 튜우브의 막힘단이 제2지지부에 대하여 자유로이 움직이도록 보호 튜우브의 막힘단을 지지하는 제2지지부로 구성되어 고온에서 용융된 금속을 유지하기 위한 언더 히이터형 로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 테이퍼진 구멍벽에 테이퍼진 나선이 형성된 언더 히이터형 로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 대화용광로 대의 용융된 금속 주걱형 구획실을 한정하는 분할벽으로 이루어지는 언더 히이터형 로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 히이터가 전기 히이터인 언더 히이터형 로.
- 제4항에 있어서, 히이터는 실리콘 카바이드로된 가열부를 갖춘 언더 히이터형 로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 히이터는 가스 버너형으로 되는 언더 히이터형 로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보호 튜우브와 테이퍼진 구멍벽 사이에서 용융된 금속의 누출을 검지하기 위하여 봉함부재 가까이 위치한 부재를 갖춘 센서로 이루어지는 언더 히이터형 로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보호 튜우브의 열릴단의 용광로의 외부에서 끝나고 대열성을 가진 쎄라믹 화이버 재료로 되고 단열층을 통해 뻗어 있는 부가 튜우브의 일단에 결합되어 있는 언더 히이터형 로.
- 제8항에 있어서, 부가 튜우브는 봉함 부재와 보호 튜우브의 열릴단과 접촉하기 위하여 상기 일단에 플랜지를 갖는 언더 히이터형 로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용광로에는 쎄라믹 화이버 재료로 만들어진 단열층을 갖춘 언더 히이터형 로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
